I haven't seen that 'Modric agreeing terms with ManUre' story anywhere else. If it's true Levy gets what he deserves and will be humiliated for selling Modric for less. If ManUre get Modric we have to get a couple more really good players. A creative CM. I don't think we need a Fellaini type but if Modric does go to ManUre I would now be open to Fellaini coming here. Hulk seems to be locked in for RW. If we don't get him we could stick with Marin as a RW.

Is that Silva story true? €50 million?! PSG have a pretty good team now. Still not a team that can compete in Europe but one that should win the domestic title with little to no problems.

It's too much of a subjective issue to say which season was the 'best'. In terms of success this was the best season in the Club's history. However others may feel Differently. I personally feel this is our best season as we have taken the final step and perhaps the biggest step. European Champions. It may lead to even bigger and better things for the club. We are now one of those clubs who can proudly say we have a European Championship and are truly one of the Elites. Also in terms of how amazing and 'Fairy Tale like' our UCL run was and how we mounted great combacks and conquered insurmountable odds, this season will never be forgotten. Thus in my opinion it is our best.

But haven't we learnt from the whole Shevchenko and Torres thing? Having two big name, world class strikers hardly ever works out. Drogba was just something different. He could handle the pressure of the competition but Drogba was one of a kind. We can't expect our strikers to be like him. The bottom line is though, that Torres will be the one we're sticking with for this upcoming season. I think he will come good with the team full of creativity and it truly built around him. A new striker (if needed) will be bought next summer. Torres is getting a FULL season to prove himself with no excuses.

That is a good, smart move from our board. Well done to them. Both parties will benefit and Robbie will accept it I feel.
