Bale is a world class player in the making. He is top of my list.

Fellaini isn't as creative or as good at distributing the ball as Modric is. Plus we don't want to be a powerhouse team anymore, we want to be a good passing team. Quick and sleek.

Bale is more of a traditional winger than Hulk which is why I would prefer Bale. I was always saying that a Tricky, quick footed winger on one side (Hazard) and a hug-the touch line, searingly quick winger on the other (Bale) could destroy teams. They are both explosive in their own ways as well.

Try to get Modric and/or Bale. Couldn't hurt. 25 million+ Meireles/Essien for Modric and 27+ Malouda for Bale. Of course it won't happen as we aren't smart enough.

Everytime I hear Jovetic being linked to Chelsea, I instinctively think "Meh...". Good player but I'm not too impressed...yet.

I would take Bale in a heart beat. We could be unstoppable with Bale/Hazard on the wings. However, can't see him leaving Spurs for us. Plus he would probably have to play on the right flank at Chelsea.

Actually Xabi Alonso would be 'perfect'. However Martinez is the next best thing. He could become better even than Xabi down the track. -

JT, Lampard and Drogba should all get statues that are relatively close to each other. They are were/are the heart and soul of this team.

He had epileptic fits as recent as the 2010 world cup. He can't play regularly outside of Spain, especially at a club side outside of Spain.
