Toward's the end of the season I had no problem's keeping connected to the site during Match day's which was a huge change for me. Before I experienced constant blocking from too much traffic. If Thiago is getting upset and at the lack of playing time there and he is deemed as a far more accomplished talent than Oriol then why would Romeu want to return playing 3rd or 4th fiddle in Spain. In a weird sense of irony, Romeu's injury couldn't have come at a better time for us even though it did leave us short in that department. Romeu is clearly rated highly by our club and was starting to cement a spot in the team just before the injury. If he wasn't injured then he would have been showcasing his talent under the watchful eye of the Catalonian's and they could have been pushed to drag him back. With the Confederation's cup coming up it will feel as if he will never get the chance to rest. We don't want him having a season like Silva did for CIty where he was clearly burnt out from the season before in the Premiership and from International duty. Fully expect us to have a far bigger squad with player's capable of rotating with Hazard, Mata and Oscar and not upsetting the Chemistry and strength of the team.

It's a damn shame that Courtois isn't a good 3 years younger so he arrives on the footballing scene when Cech is closer to retirement. Like Alex said, Cech is a forever etched in the grain of Chelsea and there is no way we can just cast him away because his ideal replacement is awaiting in Spain. The best way to keep Courtois happy is to give him another season at Athletico as he seem's very happy there and will be playing Champions League football that he helped gain for the club. After one year assess where Cech is at and how Courtois feel's about the situation. All thought we have to treat Cech with the utmost respect and care, I think we should do all we can to keep Courtois on board as it's plain to see that he has what a man need's to become the next best goalkeeper in the world. Perfect replacement for Cech.

Yea but Porto push their exceptional young talents into the first team so the world can see how good they are. Then their value rises in correlation to the inflated market and Porto makes a huge profit. Unfortunately we haven't really done that yet.
