I'm loving how Mata and Hazard keep alternating between CAM and RW, that's exactly what they should be doing to make the opponents shit their pants. Bertrand hasn't been that effective so far on the left wing, but it doesn't really matter because he's definitely not going to be playing there too often and he doesn't need to get too comfortable there. Maybe we should try taking Oscar on for Bertrand sometime in the second half and try the mouthwatering trio of Hazard - Mata - Oscar playing all together at the same time, at least for a while before subbing off Mata.

Us and the two Manchester teams are most likely easily in top4 but very tough competition for the final CL-spot. Wenger knows what he's doing and he's shown that every year when he still finishes top4 even though their best players always leave and right now I'd say Arsenal are favourites for the fourth place.

If we were to believe him, then Moses and Azpilicueta would have signed by now after having their medicals on Wednesday and Thursday respectively. And if his info is bullshit most of the time, why should we believe anything he says? Even I could gather some rumours from the tabloids and post it as the absolute truth on Twitter, and I would be bound to get it right a bunch of times over the transfer window and then I could brag how I have 'insider info' on nearly every transfer out there.

Yep, agreed. If we were to rest Mata on Sunday we would then have to start with either Malouda or Meireles and that's something I'd rather not see. IMO Oscar isn't yet ready to start the game but maybe by Wednesday he is even a little bit more settled and could start the match and we could easily give Mata a chance to get some deserved rest. Surely we are capable of beating Reading at Stamford Bridge even without Mata and even if Oscar wasn't yet at his best?

Just made some money on the Van Persie transfer. When he released that statement on his official website telling the world that he wouldn't be signing a new contract at Le Arse, I instantly placed a cheeky €150 bet at 67/100 odds that he would leave before the end of the transfer window. Basically I made a profit of 100 euros on a nearly 100% sure thing (although for a while Van Persie doing a rooneyesque u-turn to stay at Arsenal seemed the most likely scenario).

Stupid cunt just can't seem to let it go. He acted unprofessionally and got fined for it, nothing wrong with that. In fact, he should be happy he got away with just that and not get a lengthy ban in addition to that ridiculous fine. Sure, £45k is a lot of money when we fans think about it but to him it's next to nothing and he makes that amount in what, a day or maybe two?

His injury record isn't the best (one of the reasons we got him so cheap) and he has had a couple of difficult seasons already at Bremen, so why shouldn't we get worried when he's announced to be out for a month before even kickking a ball for Chelsea in a competitive match?
