Black men slid to Trump hard this election. Around 1 in 4 voted for him. That is extraordinary, especially as it was a fellow non RW black person running versus Trump.
I made no statement in regard to which goup of men was the most misogynistic.
As for the rest, I mostly disagree with your characterisations of many black men in America.
I have lived there for several years, and I think you are painting a false picture for a huge number of them.
I do appreciate that you did separate them from Africans and West Indian black men, who are even worse in many cases, when it comes to misogyny. Many of thsoe 2 othe rgorupds are horrific .
Finally, I am NOT saying (not saying at all) that ALL black men are bad. The majority are good humans, But there are many who are not, at least in terms of the subject (misogyny) at hand.

Black men dont have the power to be sexist and demand of their female counterparts that other groups do by and large also.
A latino immigrant can be working in a home depot parking lot, go home and still have respect from a female counterpart. Most black women, rightly or wrongly, grew up with the same negative black tropes that every other group in America grows up with. That is why you'll quickly hear:
"All men are dogs"
"Niggas aint shit"
ect
As soon as a man messes up in their life. The expectation is for a black man to let you down, and that leads all dynamics. That is why when a black man gets with a non black woman he will be OVER-accommodating. They have to be because a man with little resources, and bad reputation, has to take what they can get.
Also black men will usually, because of the former, bounce on kids. Black boys are raised with women being the center of the community, of their identity, and their ideology. They can take a female boss because mom ran the house. Other groups are less likely to take that. Voting for a black woman to lead is nothing because women already lead most parts of their lives.

In general African Americans vs Blacks from Africa, and other part is the same as we look at Latinos born or raise in the USA vs Latinos from South America, Asian American (ABC) vs Asian from actual Asia.
Even though same race, different way of thinkin.
Of course I'm generalizing and this does not apply to everyone, but on the most this is what I notice.
Example a person born and raise in Colombia vs a Colombian that came here for example at 5 and was raise here, or born here and have mother/father Colombian on the general will have different point of views.
Like I said this over generalizing and this is NOT the truth for every case, but I see this a lot.

JFK asked white men to ask not what their country can do for them, but what they can do for their country.
A white man then made his wife pick up his brain off the back of their car. Obama can scold black men as sexist for not being excited about not being able to feed their families, and a bunch of other self hating black guys agreed with him despite black men being her biggest male demographic😂
As the decease Kevin Samuels would say: "You cant make this shit up"

Which is why I think Democrats need to change their strategy around "POC" completely. You cant treat people as a monolith just on a perceived "non-white" status(especially when one of those groups actually views themselves as white for all intent and purpose). Identity politics by our side in general needs retooling. It simply doesnt work in a country that is pretty right-leaning for the most part.
I do think the media, in general, does a poor job talking to regular people. I was all in for Kamala but even months ago i mentioned that going to the grocery store is a miserable experience. @vesper brought out some statistics and even then that doesnt change how people feel. The economy just doesnt feel good for people, and even less so for people who arent making well over the regular income. You can only tell folks who feel screwed by the system that one guy is going to destroy it all, and have them not want to for so long.
I will say you are out of touch as a media when a millionaire(billionaire?) reality tv star comes on a panel and seems much more in touch than the other folks talking:
They dont need your votes for primary is true, but surely you dont say that when folks have to come out and vote for you to win? Just makes people seem useless to the process, and she should have had a primary in the end. I remember Kamala in the 2020 primary being generally unrelatable to most people in the country, not very charismatic, and being seen as a DEI hire in an age where DEI is going out of vogue. i think she could have grown into the best politician she could be through that grit and steel of a primary. Not just being handpicked.

Agreed. It'd be an incredibly stupid vote if they thought Biden supported Israel too much; Trump is Netanyahu's buddy.
Which comes to show how detached democrats have been.
There are more registered republicans than democrats.
And the loss was so big that it wasn't just about Kamala, but the entire Democratic Party, and especially Biden's (disastrous) term. It was a republican win in all fronts.
Still think that the economy was a tough one though; because I'm not sure what Biden could have done differently considering the staggering amount spent over COVID.

Well what @Vesper brought to you about inflation is the honest truth. Inflation has come down from the highs we had about 2 to 3 years ago.
The problem is that the FED and economist measure inflation by excluding food and energy prices, which is why it's called Core CPI. If you was to include those then yes inflation would be way higher.
Second you have the issue of increasing minimum wage. If you increase that everything else will go up, the company will pass the expenses to the consumer. In NY the minimum wage sky rocket and thus prices as well, not a great move to do.
And last housing is frustrating a lot of Americans because the affordability of housing is at historical high. And a lot of that has to do with supply, the government has too many restrictions and if the government incentivizes builder we would have more supply in the market, thus bringing prices down.

Latinos is a weird group definition tbh. I am from Brazil, so technically a Latino but I’m not Hispanic. Hispanic music or jokes sound really weird to me — sure it’s the same for Hispanics regarding Portuguese.
First time I had Mexican food was in the US and I much prefer it to the bland Brazilian food. Honestly in the south it’s mostly just Italian food.
there has been a point made that there are no Latinos; there are no blacks, Asians, there are people with different ideas and whatnot.
evidently we also define democracy differently especially regarding conceding elections.

I think she needed a true primary. A time where we could have really got to know her and saw her tested against competition. Folks just didnt really know the true her. I'd like to see her run it back again in 4 years. I think going through a primary after growing, becoming more well-known, could do her a world of good. Nixon needed 1960 to have his 1968. She can come back from this.

I think there is almost no chance she runs for POTUS in 2028
we do not even know what 2028 America will look like
IF the Republicans keep the House they have complete control of the US Federal government for every Branch
Trump is going to run riot (he already has cliamed for years he is owed a 3rd term due to the ludicrous claims that 2020 was stolen)
Project 2025 is not a joke
its a blueprint for a fascist takeover/remake of the US
there will be NO adults in the room to check an unhinged Trump, unlike he had (much to his dismay) in his first term

I am calling it
Trumps wins
and he somewhat likely wins the popular vote as well
the Dems have lost the US Senate
and probably do not take the US House back
