Aside from bottling one of our best chances in this match to score a goal he wasn't really worse than the rest of the team. It's sad day where most of our squad reaches Torres's level - while we are chasing a Title
-
Matic today is like watching a car crash in slow motion
-
DEMBA RESCUE US PLZ
-
Ba on for Schurrle
-
Really missing our only striker no presence up top
-
Bring Lukaku or Bamford on for Torres
-
Jose needs to both make tactical changes and lay into this lot at half time - we are playing for the title, the players need to realize that. Disappointing first half - at times outplayed by f**king Palace
-
Being outplayed by Palace - these players do realize whats on the line in this match? Jose needs to lay into them at half time
-
We're playing into Pulis's hands with this performance and allowing the match to get scrappy Cahill lucky not to give away a penalty
-
Bunch of Pulis thugs fucking cunts - trying to injure all of our players ahead of the PSG clash

United could have had Jose as manager instead of Moyes but SAF chose Moyes due to his Scottish virtue. Their fans saying how they never really wanted him and how Moyes was the Chosen One - forced to live with the hilarity of the situation. Now that's desperate - as long as my club is not in a disastrous situation like United, I'm happy. Certainly won't be making a tragedy out of scousers winning the league and I don't think they will. I said they would challenge but their defense and central midfield will let them down when the chips are down in the title deciding matches against us and City. Only an implosion by us and City would lead to a Liverpool title and frankly I'd be more pissed off at us failing to seal the deal rather than scousers winning the league. The only thing which would bother me is the media wank fest but I'd just stop listening the rags and concentrate on the World Cup in the summer.

Lets see: We were only in a title race a little before RdM's sacking and being in a title race in October means nothing. We only finished so close to the two clubs ahead of us because they were awful. The very same United team plus a few players bought in is currently outside of CL places; City basically got a new manager and signed a lot of quality players since they finished 2nd to that sorry lot. He made semi final in two Cup competitions, that's not any type of achievement. No price for Semi Finals We won the Europe League - because we were a CL Winner the previous season and basically the best team in the competition and one of the few big clubs that took it seriously after crashing out of the CL. We faced exactly ONE top European side to win the title and that was Benfica - if we were to get Benfica at any stage of the CL Knock Out most people would be happy about it. So there you go a bit perspective. Anyone who had huge expectations for this season - only has them because City somehow have failed to actually do what was predicted of them and with their new manager they might still not be able to win the League due to his lack of experience. Rafa has challenged for a EPL League Title once and Pool were about as close as Rodgers is right now. Jose has managed to have us challenging for a title when our best Striker hasn't even managed to score over 10 goals in the League. All together Torres Ba and Eto'o have less goals than Aguerro - yet we are ahead of City baffles my mind. If there was no Jose we would have been in the same position in the League we were under Rafa; Carlo and RdM - not in a Title Race; simples

I don't really care who wins if it's not us; the fact is that we will finish in front of Liverpool if we win all our games. If we fail to win all our games than obviously our fate would be decided by other fixtures. I didn't expect us to be in the Title hunt so late in the season - especially when we basically have powered on without a proper striker for most of the season. Eto'o took a few months to get up to speed after his early retirement in Siberia while Torres and Ba are complete none factors in the League. Jose has done an amazing job considering the glaring problems we have within the squad - and now we have Matic there are we are going from strenght to strenght; Luiz is looking very capable in central midfield; Terry has had some of his best form in the last few years; Cahill has become really stable; Cesar has probably been the best left back in the League with Baines. There are disappointments like Oscar's form during the winter; Willian's end product; being overly reliant on Hazard; Lamps/Rambo's form etc But that's to be expected - there were a lot of deficiencies at the start of the season and I said back than I would be happy if we challange for the League this year. I've not changed my mind about that. The most disappointing thing is that we would have won the League by now if we had purchased a World Class striker in the summer instead of wasting our time chasing that fat scouse cunt.

Just reached 20 goals in a season for Liverpool 23 Matches(2 substitute appearances); 20 goals; 9 assists; a goal every 92 minutes; Involved in goal every 63 minutes
-
GAME ON - Liverpool's defense never fails to amuse
-
Sturridge seems to be working on his right foot, that was a nicely placed shot
-
Also provided the assist for Everton's third - sell him
-
I rated him better than Lukaku - it's fairly obvious that from early age Sturridge had a better first touch; technique; faster; better passing technique etc - Lukaku has the capability of physically mauling defenders and he is very quick; obviously his heading is better than Sturridge but other than that he needs to work a lot to reach the same level. I don't even think Lukaku is better at holding up the ball than Sturridge at this point due to his bad first touch but he will win a hell lot more aerial duels than Sturridge. The problem for CFC is that we don't really need someone to win aerial duels since keeping it on the ground is where our strength lays at the moment. Regardless of that Lukaku is a bright young man and should be given a run in the squad, fact is that I thought and still think it was a mistake to loan him out. Having Lukaku and Eto'o would have been infinitely better than Torres/Ba being Eto'o's alternatives.
-
I knew Torres was to blame for his transfer one way or another
-
To me when we are facing a club that doesn't put us under pressure Schurrle is massively better option than Willian; he is actually very good in the final third - scoring loads of goals(already 7 in the League which is one less than Eto'o); and provides an avenue for our attacking midfielders due to his movement. MOTM for me today - keep going Schurrle
-
Time for Mikel hat trick
-
RAPE! LOL WENGER GET THE LUBE
-
The biggest difference right now is how much more Schurrle has done in the final third compared to Willian - fantastic half by Schurrle
