Do i really have to qualify it by stating, "unless he faces Chelsea." Really?
-
I see no lies.

Very happy that Neymar had the balls to go through with this transfer. Hope he guides PSG to UCL glory, beating Barcelona en route to the final and wins his coveted Balon d'Or.
-
Proper ambition, from a top Club. Just saw a stat on Twitter, that since the Qatar Group took over PSG, even including this Neymar transfer, Chelsea have spent more than PSG in the Transfer market by like £30M. Wow.
-
Also, what the hell is this mentality that Chelsea can't have people fight for their place? Has anybody seen the amounts of talent that weren't making the field at other top clubs? Players like James Rodriguez and Morata last season at Madrid. Next season at City Sterling/Yaya/Aguero will be fighting hard to get on the pitch, and over at Bayern Muller/Renato/Robben. Why is it that only at Chelsea the Starting XI players must not have adequate competition for their spots? It's the reason many Chelsea fans are worried about the behinning of the season without Hazard. Because our only other creative spark in the team is Fabregas. And that's it. Come on now.
-
It honestly can't. Although I'd take Ox, i agree, that only Chelsea are allergic to having big names on the bench. But Bayern, City, and Madrid have no problem placing 6 or 7 Starting XI calibure players on the bench.
-
That doesn't disregard the fact Chelsea need another CM in the mould of Fabregas or Tolisso. Drinkwater, Kante, Bakayoko.. that's 3 defensive CMs. What kind of squad building is this? You could sell me on this idea if the wingbacks were World Class, but they're not. We're clearly not getting Sandro and we're linked to fucking Antonio Candreva as RWB. Wow. IfTop wingbacks and a Top (RW or CM) are not attained. This will be a very difficult and poor season for the Blues. Fabregas, Hazard, Pedro, Willian cannot be our only attacking options behind the Striker. They simply can't be.

These outburts are actually the real Antonio Conte. In Serie A, Antonio Conte was prime Mourinho in his press conferences. Always taking shots at anybody that criticized his team or himself. It was only the language barrier that kept him from speaking freely, last season. Not saying he isn't dissapointed and angry at the current situation, but Conte was a badmon in Serie A.
-
Nope. Please go to Tottenham, that's his level, and I think he'd be much better under Poch's stewardship than at Chelsea sitting in the bench.
-
Chelsea are allergic go Ballers. No way this is happening.
-
The only reason this transfer would give me pause is because that must signal that Matic won't be used as a make-weight in the Alex Sandro deal.. Who knows.
-
This is the player you guys are so worried is going to United? Jose crushing Matic after Southampton at Home 2016.
-
Unfortunately I wouldn't be surprised if Pizy is right. Chelsea are genuinely allergic to ballers, and players like Ross Barkley or Renato Sanches fall right into the criteria of "physical attributes first", everything else after. A Tolisso/Erikson type of player would be very ideal. One that is versatile and a baller.
-
Which Im confident we will. Conte has complained too much about squad depth for us tk sell Matic without an adequate replacement lined up. I just want a Top Top CM brought in. Not a reclamation project in Renato Sanches. An eatablished CM capable of winning UCL matches.
-
We were sold dreams Chelsea were gonna do a madness in the market. About 4 weeks left. Alex Sandro, Alex Chamberlain, a Top CM, and that should be that. Then go all out in January to sign Alexis Sanchez at the end lf his contract.
-
Never said anything about keeping him. It's clear he's gone.

I agree with this, 100%. What people fail to realize about Costa was that his conversion rate during the first half of the season was hovering around 20-22% IIRC. 3 reasons why this is huge. 1.) You'll only find World-Class strikers/wingers converting at that rate, and besides Messi/Ronaldo nobody else can maintain that rate for more than a few months, and then drop off. 2.) It was the second time Costa's high conversion rate has essentially fired Chelsea to a title. 3.) Costa wasn't converting tap-ins like Aubameyang or being presented with 5 chances a game ala Ronaldo. He was converting goals sometimes only having 2 legitimate shots an entire game. Just think of WBA at home. Or Middlesborough Away. The typical Costa performance. Say what you will about Costa and all the antics he caused, but any Striker that wins 2 PL Titles scoring 20 Goals in the league x2 is welcome in my book, technical defecinies and all.
-
Which is why Tolisso would have been such a perfect signing (any why it sucks so much he wanted Bayern). He could have filled both CM and RF/LF positions. A CM capable of that versatility would be ideal IMO. We already have enough defensive minded CMs in Bakayoko/Kante.
-
You cannot compare the overall quality of squad depth at Chelsea to that of Bayern Munich or Man City. Bayern CMs/Attackers: Lewandowski, Muller, Tolisso, Vidal, Thiago, Ribery, Robben, J. Rodriguez, Kimmich, Coman. City CMs/Attackers: Aguero, G. Jesus, D. Silva, Bernardo Silva, KDB, Sane, Sterling, Gundogan, Yaya, Fernandhino. CFC CMs/Attackers: Morata, Batshuayi, Willian, Pedro, Hazard, Fabregas, Bakayoko, Kante, Moses. Chelsea need 2 serious Purchases by summers end to have a squad capable of challenging in the UCL. Alex Sandro, a Top Top CM (idk who), and Alex Chamberlain would be ideal purchases imo. There's still time, but Conte is 100% correct with his assertions that Chelsea cannot survive with the current squad as constructed in the UCL.
-
Candreva is so frustrating, and take it from an Inter Milan fan. You wouldn't want him at CFC
-
What are people's thoughts on this potential team? And (Maybe) have Alex Oxlade as RWB instead of Moses? Thoughts?
-
Totally Agree will be interesting to see how some of the players respond to Conte's treatment of Costa/Matic. The power-brokers of the team gotta be: Cahill, Tibo, Luiz, Eden Hazard.. anybody else?
-
So happy this bum will no longer be in the team. Lots of deadwood been cleared under Conte, just a few more needed.
-
Exactly what i want to be hearinG from the main man.
