Finally!! The nightmare season is over!! Been waiting for this day since November. Can't wait to see the show Chelsea FC has in store for us next season. Hollywood FC for the win!

Fabregas really thought he could dribble past Kante 1v1 lmfaoooo

Such a top top observation. I recently noticed the same. But for the case of Bayern, the CEO Rummenigge breaks Fifa protocol evey time, and talks to the players beforehand to force the move. Its why Bayern were able to swoop in and close the deal with Renati Sanches in 3 weeks even though Man U were negotiating for the kid for like the past year! This guy on twitter explained it perfectly two days ago. *Also, there's a lot of envy towards the PL and all the revenues that it generates. Teams like Swansea, West Ham, and Tottenham have leapfrogged all the other mid-table teams across Europe in terms of capital prowess. Get this, Swansea were able to sign Andre Ayew from OM in large part because they gave him a signing bonus of £70K. And those clubs I mentioned are lining up offer in the region of £30M for Ligue 1 strikers Batshuayi and Lacazette. Insane! Throw in the fact that the EPL doesn't know how to turn all that money into proper football in the European competitions, And it's understanble to see the hate that is geared towards English clubs. Whether I believe that's right or wrong doesn't matter, but I can definitley understand the contempt that mainland Europe has towards BPL.

Another standard Oscar performance. Oh wait! He isn't good enough to wear the Chelsea shirt! Oscar the Boy Wonder FTW!
-
Dont fuck this up Manchester United! Please!! Y'all know I despise Man City, and I would love nothing more than to see them miss out on UCL Footy! Praying to the Football Gods that Man U pull through!
-
I noticed the same thing, but didn't make much of it, I hope that's the case. So far, Ivan HAS to be gone/benched. Oscar liked an Instagram photo linking him with Juventus. And Matic's body language suggests the rumors of him being shopped are not just rumors. That's three players where the probability of them leaving looks pretty high. If those are the only players that leave or are demoted to bench come August, I'll be satisfied. I maintain the sentiment that there's no way more than 4 players are being shipped/relegated to bench, hopefully they make up atleast 3/4 of the players, and can fetch solid returns.

Gonna be captaining Belgium at the Euros with Kompany being out. Hopefully he kills it and Belgium go far.

Yeah Cesar has regressed as well this season. I'm praying, (literally praying), that this is just a one-off. We need him to bounce back to standard next season playing at RB! Not as an inverted winger with Ivan on the other side. He's lost many more 1v1 battles this season than I can remember from him in his entire Chelsea spell, and has been a little iffy even when playing RB (PSG 2nd goal at SB comes to mind). He hasn't been horrendous though, because I still remember the graphic back when the season began, which showed where we were conceding all our goals back when we were one of the worst defense sides in the entire PL (not that we're that much better) but nearly 95% of the goals were from the right and Centre. I wonder how that graph looks for the second half of the season? Anywho, I'm not overly concerned. As long as he's playing RB next season, even if his play is not that good, at least we'll know from then on moving forward that we'll need an upgrade on RB instead of continuing with the perpetual square pegs in round holes to compensate for other people's shortcomings throughout the team.
-
Yeah mate, he also doesn't like being called out on it, as evident by his response to Stats and his non-response to me back in January/Feb where I quoted him and all about Oscar. I mean, it happens, we've all been wrong on players before. But my days, I've never seen a failure of such epic proportions like what was proclaimed by him towards the 'wonder-kid' Oscar. Oscar's put together the worst season in his entire career AFTER getting the all infamous summer vacation. It's incredible when you think about it really.
-
Can't blame you. I would be mad too, if I told the world Oscar just needed one complete summer break to become the greatest player Chelsea has ever seen. It happens man. Better luck next time.
-
Guus! Play the yuuf and take the moral high ground before the game starts! Not trying to watch Chelsea get the smack-down with Cesc/Hazard/Willian starting.
-
So its confirmed 2games?! I thought they weren't sure? And there goes the core. Lampard, Cole, Drogba, Cech, and JT. Crazy. I do believe he had to go after this season, but man what an awkward way to leave. Not even gonna be able to play in front of the fans and captain the team one last time. Don't think we'll ever have another Mr. Chelsea for a looong time. It was certainly fun while it lasted, through all the ups and downs, Trophies and off-field suspensions. Crazy to think Chelsea brought through the ranks one of the best CBs the PL has ever seen.
-
We're gonna be all-over this i can imagine. Always easier when a player submits a request, and it's clear he doesn't care about UCL over everything because he wasn't trusted in those games. He wants to play matches, and has disclosed his displeasure of sitting on the bench before. Hopefully none of the other big teams are in for him.
-
Yeah that's been a like 3-4 straight poor performances from the kid. Not sure the club will give him more patience, be interesting to see how they handle him. I still believe in him, if Ivan could get away with murder for the first 4 months of the season, don't see why Baba can't be given such patience especially as this is his first season in the EPL. PSG Away was the last time seen him put a solid performance together.
-
English HG quota bruh. With JT leaving there's no way Cahill is shipped off too. He'll still be here come August I bet.
-
Yeah he started following BVB and their team reporters like 2 days ago. He's already gone. Can't wait to see him next season tho, should be fun watching Him and Reus on the wings.
-
Keep the faith lads! The season will most likely be won (or lost) come summer, and even if we disappoint in attaining the proper players, Conte will have full weeks to train with the team. For some reason, I've been very optimistic that things will be much much better next season. And I don't expect Ivan, JT, Oscar and one of Matic/Mikel to be crucial members of the team come August. There's no way more than 4 players are permanently leaving our Stating XI next season, so just need suitable replacements/challengers to be brought in to push everybody to their max. But just for the record, there is no doubt Conte and all of Roman's cronies got their work cut out for them this summer. Let's see how it goes.
-
Villareal were utter garbage for 90mins. Pretty sure I heard "Famous Ainfield nights" 50times throughtout the broadcast Anywho, should be a good Europa League Final. Sevilla gotta win it at all costs!
-
Apparently Bayern Munich are close to signing him for €38M. Probably means Goetze is all but destined to leave, most likely to Liverpool.
-
Also, Toni Kroos take a bow son. Masterclass of a performance today. His decision making was perfect tonight.
-
So happy to see Man City knocked out. The better team went through, but have to say this was such a dull affair over two legs. Toure, KDB and Aguero were all invisible. Ultimately, City's inability to generate turnovers cost them, and the very few they did create, those counter-attacks were too slow. Sloppy passing all around too. Can't wait for the final, gonna be great.

We truly are HollyWood FC.

Off twitter. "Hazard this whole season"
