I like this signing a lot but I'd really want him to stay with us. Yes he's 'raw' and inexperienced but are our backups givin us any better options?? What I love about new young signings is that they play with more hunger, and rightfully so. But another reason why I'd like him here is well look at how oxlade-chamberlain played against man u. I mean he was incredible! Look at chicharito, 8 mill and he's one of the best goal scorers in the league. or what about demba ba, he was labeled a 'newcastle-esque' signing and look at how he came out and lastly Romeu was swept away by lukaku's arrival and look at how brilliantly he has turned up for us!! also how do you know how these signings will turn out? LOVED the guy did great in our double winnin campaign, agrueably the best player in that season. But it's time to go. Carlo ran your legs deep into the ground and your performances suffered, but hey, that's life, find a new club that'll help you get a call to the euros. Studge would get the job done IMO when dealing with Domestic competitions, but out in Europe, well I'd hold my breath. Then if he starts disappointing on the "biggest stage" then that clearly affects his confidence, this is all hypothetical but can and has big chance of happening if we declare him our cf to compete with Torres. He's still young however and has lots and I mean lots to learn, like weak foot ability, passing, skill moves and yes tracking back on defense! But it's not neccesailry the players that's the problem, it's the formation being put in them. 42321 would work great with this squad, and offer lamps to play in his fab am role instead of laboring back and firth on those legs. And we have a CATASTROPHIC surplus of dm in the squad, so why nit use them In a system that calls for them?? Pretty smart eh? In our 3 man midfield our only attack minded mid is being told be box to box wich severly hurts us on the counter! At least now, we have a constant 4 attackers taking on their back four plus dm. So in all it's not completely out players fault it's more or less the formation being used.

But why not willian and jovetic?? Willian in for Malouda. Then kalou out for jovetic. Lamps is getting injury prone (in my opinion!!) and the more he gets the longer it is to bounce back from them. Plus it adds competition which is severly lacking from this squad!! And more rotation! I'd love the two of them as long as deadwood is removed also.

For me FA Cup is a must when talking about salvaging this season, but my biggest concern is that we, pardon me, the front office won't make the neccesary changes to this lacklustre squad. Mata and Studge on the wings all day every day?? Damn! I would be tired too. Then Ashley Cole from pl, to Carling, to FA, to UCL!! What happened to a. Perriera as that back up lb he so desperately wanted?!?! Don't talk about youth, every manager's too scared to try it in case they compromise results. And you can also add in essien if you want. So we are already short in terms of attach minded player with 3 up top an ONE AM. we missed essien greatly! For he would have been our scholes. The Late runner in the box, distributing it well, just great all round. then when wingers are concerned, well it's not that there bad, it's that they don't beat a man!!! How can you expect to just beat a man with pace ALL THE TIME! look at nani, great mix if both or even Ashley young to an extent. Changes are need you and I all know but do you really honestly think they will make these changes? I've Aleta thought that Cole needs a breather, like 3 games straight. Cole and Malouda tore up the left side during our historic double. But look at Malouda now, he's not the same, and I feel that sooner or later it.............well............you know. I absolutely love this guy, but why do chelsea act cheap!!! We're one of the richest clubs in world, and yet £20mil is too much!! How the hell do they expect to rebuild the squad while paying only £15mil per person!! I understand lowering a £34mil and over to the cheapest peossible but £20 !!!!!!!! Even I would feel direspected as a fiorentina board member!! It's not like their asking for the moon!! Chelsea need to stop the this "fake act" in the transfer market cuz u forked over £50mil last year. Get this guy, he's exactly what we need and stop playing around, not every signing deserves to have a drama show for weeks.
