We played quite poorly however we scored two goals, both of them Sarri style though. Crossing with the midfield surge from midfield and combination one touch play outside the box that lead to penalty.

If kante is not ready then play drinkwater. We simply cannot play jorginho, Cesc and Barkley to start the game. I much rather start slightly more conservative and become more offensive if needed rather than going from the very 1st minute. Plus, our pressing is not correct at all at this moment. The way we press feel disjointed and the timing is way off. In fact we expose our defence too often from our bad pressing against city.

There is no way we can start with that midfield 3. Defensively we will suffer too much

If he really sign for us then our midfield option change from kante bakayoko Fabregas to jorginho kante Kovacic. That is one massive improvement

35 m is too cheap for Courtois but it all depend on his salary demand. People will say you will save more by paying for what he asked, maybe but the moment you start paying more for one player, you will have to pay more when you try to extend other player contract.

His finishing is quite poor. He is a bad finisher but his link up and physical play are excellent

I support his signing. Bakayoko game make sense in Conte two destroyer system, he was poor most game last season but if Conte is still our manager he will be given more chance.
