I kinda disagree, I think having a better cm will have more impact rather than having a better right winger unless we are talking player like messi/robben class. Just watch how we play with fabregas on. We know about his brilliant passing but his movement off the ball is just fantastic. You can see sometimes he run forward just to attract defender so that the ball can be passed from one side to the other side. Sometimes he run the channel to provide more space for our wingers. This little move encourage better flow to our offence because he create space for everyone.

We need to get a replacement for matic, alonso and cahill if we really want to be serious and I think it is asking too much. On top of my head i honestly have no idea who should replace matic, basically we need a fabregas who can defend

The only big team in the league that still try to develop own prospect is Arsenal and people are laughing at them.(United but under LVG, it will never happen under Mou). If you are trying to compete for title, it is hard to give prospect a chance unless he is an ultra talented player

I mentioned this somewhere, there is no chance that Hazard will be a consistent player for us as long as we play in current setup and squad. In the season when we won the league, fabregas, hazard and Costa often play in the same side of the field, combining and creating dangers. He can't be the only creator if you want him to do be great. Right now he is the ONLY creator in the team, supported by decent run by alonso but 0 from midfield if next season we found a fabregas that can defend and replace matic with him, I am pretty sure you will see a better Hazard
