As players like Berbatov also took 2 seasons to get going for only one great season before falling back into mediocrity. For the price, expectation....I don't think so. And Kalou gave us a vtial goal against Benfica away....and still he is crap and I wanted him out of the team! What's wrong with me???? Why should I support a player that after having done shit for a season and half, the club and fans supported him past all his mistake and after all that he has the audacity to demand talks with the club like if he is all that and important to the team......

With Lukaku going on a loan...and most likely he will need to develop somewhere else for about 2 seasons or so, another CF is really needed. I think with Hulk we kill 2 birds with one stone, but if it can't be done, it can't be done and we will go for someone else like Cavani and such.

Hulk or Cavani???? Cavani is the best striker in the world, but giving that we want to bring in Lukaku, Sturridge, and give some more chances to the flop of Torres, then Hulk is the best choice. Plus we need a muscle guy like that in the attack.

Good articles. It adds to the fact what I and some people here thought. He is being bought for the Modric role. Cause even with the players we had, most of us agreed that we needed a Modric player to start the attacks from defense to the AM and forwards. Giving that he is young, is good cause he won't take the place of Lampard, the player currently playing that role. Oscar will actually be an understudy of Lampard this season, till he is ready to take over in a couple of seasons. In a future where Lampard will be too old to be starter it will be a Mikel-Oscar type of lineup we will have for the double pivot.
