If he aims for trophies then signing for Arsenal would quickly dismiss that theory. The only place to be in England for trophies is Chelsea.

Blues all but end Liverpool's European ambitions

"unmarked, after losing the attention of Mikel - at the near post on 44 minutes to even the scores." Wasn't it far post? -
I believe we have 100% win record with Petr? Does he still have a chance of grabbing the clean sheet record? If yes, then play him! The big man deserves a last hoorah.

I'm fucking working today so I'm half-hoping that we don't win today so I can watch the title deciding game and celebrations live ffs

I have his autograph from the time Portugal played in Estonia. My now passed away friend got it for me for my birthday as he attended the game. I love him, and I love Carvalho. And I love Chelsea. It means so much to me.
-
Why would we even need him? We have the perfect striking line-up in Costa and Remy. Surely Kane wants to be a starting player now, he isn't going to be one here.
-
I think it wasn't, it was said he had severe depression that he was hiding from the airline.

The guy is a hero despite the outcome. What was his name? Far more important than knowing the psychopath killers names.

How come that dude didn't lose consciousness though? The masks are attached above the seats and can't be carried around, no?

Weird, it translates to english with no problems for me.I will also search about the helios tragedy, sounds sick.

No, it has happened before quite a few times actually. I read it in a newspaper - http://maailm.postimees.ee/3136533/kaheksa-juhtumit-piloodid-kes-lennuki-meelega-alla-kukutasid It's in estonian, use google translate or something if you're interested. One very similar case happened in 1999 with 217 casualties. Btw, here is a different view on this incident - http://www.eutimes.net/2015/03/us-laser-test-destroys-germanwings-airliner-killing-150-innocent-civilians/ KevinAshburner, thoughts?

If Brana's form is anything to go by, then he will get his positioning completely wrong at least once and concede a chance or two or three. Not to mention he will be handing out free passes to wingers to put crosses in left and right, which isn't ideal with Crouch lurking in the box. Don't care about his strength and set-piece proficiency anymore, this argument has grown tiresome. That's literally his only redeeming quality at the moment, this isn't enough. We aren't, or at least shouldn't be like Stoke, who choose players solely on their strength, because they lack quality to play proper football. A full-back needs to be quick, needs to close down his flank and have some sense of positioning. Ivanovic doesn't tick any of those boxes. Plus he looks complacent as hell. But he will play every game till the end of the season anyway, so I don't care anymore and have given up on this subject. Hopefully Courtois and our centre-backs are ready to deal with a myriad of crosses from the right side.

If it was Hazard I would also be sceptical, but Costa is always going to miss games every season due to his hamstring. So I don't think there is any conspiracy If anything keeping his sharpness up during the long break would be better for him.
-
Doubt that he was instructed to fake an injury while we were chasing a win.
-
The difference being that Ivan and Cahill have had ages to rectify their mistakes, they haven't. Luis hasn't had a chance to even live into the rhythm of the team, let alone have his positioning spot on from the get go. I think why people are mostly disregarding those positional errors is because they see the potential in him if given a fair chance to bed in. Plus he is far more competent in attack than Cesar. His performance wasn't flawless of course, but neither have been Azpilicueta's or Ivanovic's. Out of the two full-backs today, he was by far the better one. He doesn't deserve to be dropped.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a superstar During the years I've actively watched football, only Messi, C.Ronaldo and Ronaldinho have provided more excitement. These days I think he is more exciting than Ronaldo. From Chelsea he is the most exciting player since Zola for me.
-
Classic instinctive striker's goal that was. He drew the defenders towards their goal and when Willian had the opening he cut back a step to open up, Willian noticed it and Remy killed the move off with a bit of help by the goalkeeper. Willian gets the praise for making it happen.
-
Haha that was brilliant to watch. At first I thought he overhit it but Bran kept it inside.
-
The problem is that with this line-up Ivanovic plays. He needs to be dropped for Azpilicueta and we don't have any other LB to play there other than Luis. I think it's unwise to start inventing the wheel when we have obvious mistakes to fix at first.
-
Sure he is at fault to an extent as a defender with the ball being played into his area, but the ball should not even had to be played in. I'll let people decide themselves who should take the bear's share of blame for the two goals conceded, but not one of them is called Filipe.
-
In post-match interview Jose said he had full confidence that some of the individual defensive performances would return to normal soon. He was most likely alluding to Ivanovic and maybe Cahill. So no chance of them getting dropped, maybe except Cahill for a game or two.

Costa scores a brilliant world class goal, gets injured, Remy comes on, scores the winner. Man I am happy with our attacking options, such a big contrast from last season.
