Wow, okay... I will try to respect your views, but I cannot promise anything.

Show some respect ffs. This is the same guy who 5 months ago won us the league and actually rejuvenated us from the slump we found ourselves in prior to him.
-
Well, that's just common sense innit? If people criticized the manager for 100% win rate, then I personally would question their mental health.
-
So you think there is absolutely no chance that we can play well and win? I don't think we will lose with whatever line-up, but I have my doubts over winning too. Draw being most likely and I think this is what Jose will be going after. I want to see something like this: Azpi - Zouma/Terry - Cahill - Baba Ramires - RLC - Oscar Willian - Costa - Hazard Although I think there is zero chance RLC and Baba start.

Is that considered breaking news by Sky? Fuck the media have regressed over such a short period of time

Jose enabled her to become a "celebrity", other than that she was doing her job quietly. And people giving her slack for that facebook post, get a grip of your hindsight selves. She obviously wasn't used to such attention and was writing out of emotions which you expect from a person without media training. And who put her in media spotlight? Jose, in the end it is his fault. All she basically said was "thank you for your support, it means so much". He even escalated the situation by banning them from going to games. People these days... so sensitive to random bullshit, Jose firsthand. He may be a brilliant manager, but he can be an absolute cock of a person by the looks of it.

Lmao what film is this from?

Forced by the club. Everybody knows he meant exactly that.

First thing that came to my mind as I read this was JT's ultimate fuck up prior to our triumphant CL finale when he casually and unnecessarily kicked a Barca player and got the red. He's not as rough around the edges as Costa, but he's no angel either.

Please tell me this is a joke
-
His brother, if he has one.
-
Has he actually ever played there under Mourinho? I can't recall. Somewhy he is seen exclusively as a RB, which defies all logic because he doesn't have the pace to play the wing simple as that.

Did you just call Ferreira an imposing figure?

And that's how teams stagnate, we have witnessed it before, wasn't nice was it? Ivan's form has been bad long enough to be permanently dropped, not only rested in hope that maybe he can squeeze a few more decent performances out of himself. Ideally it would have been addressed during the summer and if Baba isn't good enough for us for that amount of money, then that's Jose's and the board's fault.
-
It's saying what's needed to be said - better than our other option. Whether it's good enough in general for a team like Chelsea is up for debate, but Baba > Ivanovic. Give him a run of games and the jagged edges will be smoothed out. Give Bran a run of games and he will get worse. People see potential in one of them, that's why everybody is choosing him. And considering it gives Azpilicueta the opportunity to play on the right, it's essentially like playing with 2 new players who can substantially improve our team. However, having said that, there is no way in the world that Baba is going to actually start the game.

It was his first start in the Champions League and he was the standout player in a team in turmoil. He could have disappeared, but he gave it his all. The guy doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence with Torres, what the fuck. I feel this game was a big step in his development, because he took charge and wasn't afraid. You can only do your best against the opposition thrown at you and he did that. I agree, this is also the first time I feel that there is a chance for an academy player to break through. First I had it with McEachran, but the hype didn't last long. I can see characteristics in Ruben to suggest he has what it takes to make it, Josh got lost in fame and money.
-
Why? He wasn't outstanding but still better than Ivanovic. Really should have kept hold of Luis, oh well...

Change Costa or Hazard for Remy and this is the line-up I would go with, absolutely. I would also change Zouma for Terry or we might risk losing our defensive organization against a well-organized team like Arsenal. If Terry doesn't play, then Ivanovic definitely will for his "leadership qualities". Begovic Azpi - Cahill - Terry - Baba RLC - Matic Oscar - Cesc - Hazard Remy Or maybe play Ramires instead of Cesc, but not on the wing. Begovic Azpi - Cahill - Terry - Baba Ramires - Matic Oscar - RLC - Hazard Remy

GET IN!!! Man of the match must go to Loftus-Cheek from me. Absolutely beast of a game, was the main engine in our midfield and was all over the pitch in a good way. Azpilicueta makes such a big difference when played on the right, and it IS his natural position as I was convinced today yet again. Baba was nervous, quite sloppy at times. Felt he was holding himself back a bit, but I can see the potential in him when given consecutive games to bed in (please Jose). Overall gave a solid almost-no-nonsense performance and I am drooling over the possibilities opened up by his overlaps. Oscar was excellent too, kept the team ticking, but I can understand why he was subbed off. Costa, despite his goal, had a very sloppy game imo. Lost so much possession that it almost felt like a waste giving him the ball outside the box. But that finish was AMAZING and we had a glimpse of last season with Cesc assisting Costa. Fabregas I felt had a laborious game, looked tired with heavy feet, but in the end managed to grab an assist and a goal so big thanks to him and hopefully it will help him find joy in the game again. Remy did well, was unfortunate to have been forced to the right wing so early on, but worked his ass off and put in a great shift on both ends. Deserves to play more, I don't think I can find anybody who would argue that except for maybe one man. For me, judging by this game and other players' form, I'd say that Oscar, Loftus-Cheek and Remy have earned the right to play a part against Arsenal. Cahill probably too. Baba I'm afraid wasn't impressive enough to threaten Ivanovic. Don't get me wrong, for me he was miles better than Ivanovic and I would start him any day, but I think that one bad backpass and the few overhit crosses were enough to put a smile on Brana's face. Hopefully not, let's see.

Demba Ba: Why I would avoid Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho after a defeat ... "Mourinho hates losing, I wouldn't recommend trying to talk to him after a loss but he is great to be around after a win," Ba reportedly told turkishfootball.com.

What an unfortunate and disrespectful comment towards Eva.

I am almost certain that some or most players are feeling alienated, because players know that they either a) will not play no matter what, or b.) will play no matter what. Hence motivation levels have dropped for different reasons. I'm sure that the treatment of some players and even the staff don't rub well with team spirit. For example what should Hazard think when he gets constantly criticized for his defending when much worse players get protected and praised for their bloody boots? Then the manager slams other teams and refs for not protecting him, yet recently when our doctors went to check up on him on the ref's call, they got slammed and banished for something that he cried out for before. If you ask me that's douchery and hypocrisy at its finest. And that is only one public incident for us to see, but 99% of the things that happen we don't see. Confusion all around. If I was a player I know I would be confused as hell by my manager. He is not instilling any confidence in the players, but rather sucking it out.

The fact is that we have been steadily going from good to worse. When Mourinho came, he said his and the club's aim was to improve the team. Evolution was the word used most often. And Mourinho explicitly said that if he fails to make the team play better, more expansive and proactive football, then the blame is fully on him. He also said the same regarding integration of youth players. Well, so far in those terms he has failed despite winning the league last season. Remember his words - he said that he cannot be satisfied winning ugly, there is no evolution in that. Okay Jose, it would be easy to find those direct quotes from you from ~2 years ago. Now that we are facing the music and have actually been regressing badly, he is blaming everything from luck and referees to computer failures. I wonder if he really feels that way or deep down he knows that currently he is on the failure path more than success path.

I remember there were times when people were saying that teams didn't attack our right side because there was a big "the fuck you getting through here" sign on Ivanovic's head. He actually used to be good, but now he is simply shot and that is Mourinho's fault.
