We have a 'three strikes' system, where the first offence incurs a warning, the second a suspension, and the third a longer ban, and most of the time we stick to it. Beating Barcelona isn't as difficult in theory as people make it out to be. They like to play football at the back, so you simply pressure their defenders. They get very, very uncomfortable when they are being harried, and having tenacious players like Essien and Ramires would give them no end of nightmares. Mourinho is lucky because he has players like Diarra who are able to do similar jobs. He could also do with loaning Nigel de Jong so he can go and break Messi in half.
