First 20 minutes were an attractive football from us, the rest of the game was more or less boring. Gala made a lot of easy mistakes in midfield which gave us opportunities to counter-attack. Shame we only got one goal, because we had plenty of good chances to score more. Defensively we were OK, even though we conceded a goal from a corner-kick, which doesn't happen very often. Still, the result is OK and we have the advantage to go through. Going to be an interesting CL-evening at the Bridge once again!

London, here I come! I've visited Stamford Bridge for twice but this is the first time I see Chelsea playing "live".

No wonder Eto'o is starting to play better and better when the spring is coming. Took a while to get going, but now we see how important his experience is. Against the big sides he has been one of our most important players. Even though he is not at his absolute best anymore, I'm feeling even more confident when he is on the pitch. This player is a born winner and I'm glad we got him since Falcao etc. were not available. You can see the excitement Eto'o has right now, winning the PL would be huge for him because he knows this might be his last 'big club'. And ofc, there is still that beautiful European competition too

Such an important player for us. I seriously think there's only one player in the world who can replace him as a winger, and that player is Cristiano Ronaldo. Eden is fast, skillful and when he gets the ball in the attacking area you just have the feeling that something good is going to happen. Already one of the best signings from the club and just imagine if we would've lost him to United or City. It is 'scary' to think that this player just turned 23 years old. He is going to have a huge career. What is also great to see is that he enjoys to be here and doesn't want to move. Maybe someday he will leave for Spain, but not yet. He's just the kind of player I like, it's exciting to watch him playing. Because of his speed and skills he gets fouled alot. That gives us freekicks, but everytime I see him going to the ground I have a fear that he gets an injury. So far he has always got up. He got a little injury in the end of the last season but fortunately it wasn't bad.

Looks like he is an excellent signing! Btw he's kinda funny in the interviews, you can hardly see his mouth opening and he always starts the sentences with "uummmmm"

The situation in the table is so exciting at the moment, and this is what football is about!

He's not having the best of games at the moment. He has had many chances to score during the last 3-4 games. Defensively he's good and the most important thing is that his attitude is first class! He's only 26 so he still has time to get better in attacking.

Exactly. His technique isn't very good and in our system, we need a striker who can operate in a wide area on the pitch, not just infront of the opposite goal. Samuel Eto'o 4-6 years ago would've been just that in my opinion. He can play well at times, but ofc he's not the same player anymore. Think Cavani would fit in better: his dribbling is quite good and he - like Costa - is clinical. When we come down to the price though, I think Cavani would cost like 50-70m whereas Costa would cost 25-40m. I don't think we should go for Falcao just in case, because he got a bad knee injury and I'm afraid he'd turn out the be new Torres. So, it's going to be a tough one, but I trust José. Even though I'd love Cavani, I think Costa is the easiest one to get.

why the hell would anyone play rami as a winger if there aren't any injuries? his technique is quite poor, he can't dribble, he can't cross, he can't usually produce good shots at goal.... and everytime he has played there he has been bad. we have willian and schurrle to play there, so let ramires stick to CM. media focusing on José's "whining". in fact he said he respects the way West Ham players were fighting to keep the clean sheet and also said he doesn't want to criticize referees for single situations but he didn't like the fact that the referee only gave 4 added minutes because West Ham were playing time throughout the second half in particular. this is a "wrong signal" from the ref, but after all he did let the game go for like 96 minutes so he kinda fixed his mistake.

So, it looks like Aguero can't play, which would help us a little bit. This is the hardest fixture in the Premier League for us, but on the other hand, City like to attack and that leaves us some counter-attacking possibilities.
