Not saying DL has been faultless this season in his play.. But when he is in the team moves the ball better.. I feel safer with an attacker running at the back four with Luiz there than I do with Cahill.. We can't rush him but if we really want to make it deep in any of the competitions we are in we need him back starting game after game with Terry to build that partnership up like he had under Carlo when Luiz played his best I feel... Its all fine and dandy to play safe when you are top of the table by many points but we can't afford to play it save arsenal is still with in touching distance and we need solidarity in the back to make up those points... If you look at the Arsenal backline that was the same 4 that were leaking goals a season ago and now look at their defensive record.. We definitely have the players we just need to execute game after game and not take any opposition lightly..

I think striker not a priority this window.. Summer window 100% Lukaku next season will not be enough firepower to win us the league.. We should get what we really need now which is most definitely a replavement for Frank in our midfield and look to buy a top class striker in the summer

I agree with the bold but you also have to look at Ba when played as undisputed number 1 striker how many goals he scores or assists.. Giroud has better numbers because he plays every game bar injury for them.. I'm more than happy with Eto'o and Ba as long as they contribute .. Title winning chelsea of old Never really had that 20+goals in the PL striker but fantasic team strikers who would poach and create goals as long as Ba Eto'o and Torres can do this we have the goals in the Mid to be pushing for the Title

Olivier Giroud is a good striker and he is leading arsenal line just well .. We are very similiar to them where as our midfild does the majority of our scoring.. I think that Ba especially can do the job Giroud does for Arsenal as long as we have the right AMs and CMs behind him.. Look what he could accomplish with Cabaye and Ben Arfa behind him

I believe a reasonably price quality CM and CB would be all that we require to push for the title.. Demba ba and Eto'o have shown that they can lead the line for us effectively would use those two more and Torres very sparingly.. But we really need reinforce CM and CB above all else
