Listen, it has indeed been poor so you've got the right to be pissed, but why do you think things won't change? We managed to play a lot better with lesser quality last season, there is no reason to think a manager like Mourinho won't find a way to get them to play properly. This is the kind of panicy reaction you'd expect after a few months in to the season of bad football.

We'd be a LOT better, if we had some sort of resting point in the centre of the pitch. A player who can keep the ball and dictate tempo, it's so obvious. Our CM's should be the backbone of the team, instead we look spineless.

Hazard needs to start on the bench for a few games, he's completely out of form and this will hurt his confidence. Mourinho needs to sort his team out, losing while playing risky nice football is one thing, losing while being dominated by Basel is nothing short of embarrasing. Oscar was brilliant though.

He hasn't been good, but from some comments on here you'd think he's useless. For some reason the expectations for him are ridiculous compared to others in the same age/prizebracket. I even read stuff like 'WHEN the fuck he is gonna show us why we paid for him'. Have you missed last season? Have you missed the BAYERN game 2 games ago? Ah that's right fans memories go as far as the previous game. He needs to do better, but it's not as bad as some are making it out to be//

We haven't directly strengthend areas we NEEDED to improve, ie central midfield, defence and striker, so yes, in my opinion we have spent wrong. We've made some very good signings, but they weren't necessary. Van Ginkel might turn out to be a very good buy but he isn't going to solve our current biggest problem, which is the pivot. Imho he should have gone on loan to Ajax. I don't need to tell you the benefits. Our biggest problem atm is the transition from defense to attack, we haven't got the ball-holding distributor that's oh so important for nearly any system out there in football.

Maybe you're right.. I don't like his style (tons of speed, but not enough technique or ability to exploit that speed), which may have me overly critical.

I'm not forgetting or ignoring anything, 1 good game in 3-4 bad ones seems about right measured over last season.

If he's still the Moses from last season he'll have 1 cracking game for every 3-4 abysmal ones. Here's hoping

I managed to get a bachelor degree by studying 24/7 2 weeks prior to the exams. Wouldn't recommend it though, I forgot at least half of what I learned. And those study weeks are absolutely aweful, seriously

Ofcourse he isn't gonna play every week, we've got 6 players for 3 positions. He played vs Hull and Man United. Mata has barely played and you're complaining about KDB? This may not be ideal for him, but he has to learn to cope with competition like this. I understand you're a fan of KDB, as am I, you may even be right about a loanspell but this is a Chelsea board, with Chelsea fans. You give the impression you care more for KDB than the club. I'm sure there's plenty of threads on Belgian fora where you can vent your frustration =)
