Why does this discussion about his wages and wether he deserves them come up now after one of his best spells at Chelsea? Seems strange. I know how good he was. I think it's a bit daft to blame the Arsenal defence for his crap performances. Good collegues at the back would obviously improve his game again, but he's made way too much individual mistakes this season to put the blame on the team. I hope he regains his form, because I liked him a lot at Ajax and at Arsenal before he was captain.

Haha, I love your optimism. People need to get down to earth and not get too excited. I know it's hard not to, because he's been really good at West Brom and improved vastly and rapidly this season. But he's still raw as well. In 3-4 years time you will probably be able to see weither he'll reach the pinnacle of football or be just a decent striker. He's only 19, but with a better physique than most 28 year olds. Most 19 year old strikers aren't as effective because their bodies aren't fully developed yet. He has the right attitude though. With proper guidance and training he SHOULD become great.

What's your point? They've been called the 3 amigo's because of their similar attributes, position and height. And the fact they instantly understood eachother at the start of the season. Call them the 3 musketeers if you prefer that.. oh wait they're all French..
