That came out wrong, I don't blame Oscar, because he's playing out of position, just saying that it was his job to cover for Luiz. As for Iva, he made a lot of mistakes in the first half, this was not one of them. He was doing his job in this scenario which is to go and press the player with the ball so he can't pick out the best pass. However, Oscar who was trying to get back in Luiz's place realized that he won't be able to make it and changed his run midway to press the player with ball. Iva then had to sprint back to cover back where Oscar, as the DM, was supposed to be, but by then he was too late.

Fingers crossed his injury is nothing serious; we need every player for the next 2 weeks. Our squad is too thin as it is.

Tbh, I blame Oscar more the goal we conceded tonight. Yes it was very daft to attempt that pass when he was so far out of position, but had we had a proper DM he would have covered for him.

Good performance and unlucky not to score. Showed a lot of passion that really helped the players give more.

He was our only attacking threat in the first half. Some of his touches were a bit 'rusty' but it's excusable given that he's had next to no football for the past 4 months. Only thing I could fault him for is not tracking back enough. Other than that he looked a real danger on the attack.

Good composed finished on his goal, wasn't too sure he'd score tbh.
