  1. Whichever way you spin it the relation won't be ideal and that will only hurt united spirits and unsettle Moyes' in his first season managing a "big" club. And we were never 'in' for Cavani and Falcao (except maybe under AVB).
  2. If united keep Rooney, it will haunt them the whole season. Whenever he is benched or under-performs the media won't let them hear the end of it.
  3. That was never an option, we never even wanted Suarez. To quote Jose: "It's Rooney or bust".
  4. The threads that were posted in while the database problem was being being fixed got screwed up.
  5. What do you mean "in that picture"?!
  6. Alright ladies, back on topic please, or move it to the pub.
  7. I disagree about the first two games, but there's no need to go into that now.
  8. Hyped. It's 35 degrees (at night) with about 8000% humidity here and I just took an ice-cold shower. Damn, that felt great!
  9. There's one somewhere in the past two pages. EDIT: Here's another one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGvyjl_0X1I
  10. I'm not sure Algerians use that as freely as Lebanese people do You probably just called him "My Lover"!
  11. Brilliant, brilliant game. Some of the crosses he put in today were excellent, and the delivery for JT's goal was top notch. Well done, Ryan.
  12. More technical ability. But Moses is miles ahead in terms of movement, tactical awareness, experience..etc which is perfectly normal. The kid is still 17! He has a lot of time to grow and develop well beyond Moses.
  13. Oh, you're too sweet, Tom Has to be Hell Boy for me. I don't like Batman
  14. Josh and the other 5 youngsters will fly back to England and will NOT join the team in the US tour and will be replaced by the returning players from the Confederation cup. So Mou definitely won't be giving Josh a chance next match.
  15. Hope it's nothing serious and he won't have to miss the US tour. Preseason is VITAL for a new signing, imo.
  16. Sooo much better today. His movement was excellent and his passing was good. Maybe because 4-3-3 feels more natural to him? Or maybe because he's starting to gel more with the team? I don't know. I just hope to see more of this kind of performances. :cfc:
  17. I wasn't moaning about anything, I actually think we are incredibly lucky to have such a talent in our team. I was just making an observation/analysis. In fact, in a latter post I even said that I would like him to be our number one striker this season even if he's not 100% ready (certainly not as ready as most people seem to think) because it would help him develop and would pay in the long run. At West Brom, he wasn't started in games when the striker needed to do a lot of hold-up play, and that's because they only had him on loan and wanted immediate results. Here, we have him for the long run, and even though he will struggle, I think he should get the most playing time out of our strikers because that will do a world of good for him. We've already had 3 consecutive seasons with struggling strikers, what's one more, right?
  18. I don't mind at all, mate. Just work it out with @Strike, so you don't both end up doing the same thing.
