  1. Never head of him. Rugby is still a new sport here, played only in universities. We had a NT a few years back that was a few seconds away from reaching the WC, but almost none of the members were residents of Lebanon. Majority raised in Australia.
  2. When was that? Don't remember it all, even though I usually have a good memory with goals.
  3. Roma might well beat Juve, but they won't win the league. They can't win 30+ matches in the league and that is what Juve will do. They will fall to draws here and there. It's inevitable.
  4. Worked for Thibuat and Bamford, although we're not looking to sell either, both have had successful loans which have greatly increased their value. PL loan would be best, imo, if Jose deems him surplus to requirements here. I think he'd have very good chances to be a starter at Swansea or Southampton. His pure pace is an asset for almost any team.
  5. In the season before they were sold Mata was player of the season contender, KDB was young player of the season in the Bundes Liga, and Luiz was arguably the best CB in the league. What has Salah done to increase the price for which Chelsea bought him? If anything, his time here has proved that he is less of a finished article and less ready for the top level than everyone thought he was 8 months ago. His price has dropped.
  6. Makes no sense whatsoever. We don't replace Salah with Barkley and Ross himself shouldn't come here when we already have Oscar and Willian in his position. On any occasion, I can't see us selling Salah right now. Even if he is out of Jose's plans, we will most likely loan him out because his price must have dropped since joining us and we wouldn't want to sell him on a loss.
  7. Watched their match yesterday but it had no indications about how they would play against us. It was a freak match where both teams didn't look interested in defending but the finishing on both sides was selfish and atrocious so it somehow only ended 1-1. I expect a completely different match on Tuesday. But it is clear that they have a quick team that is able to move the ball quickly. Nani seems to be the star man, taking all the set-pieces and calling the shots. They have also draw 4 of their 6 matches so far this season. So it seems like they are lacking in consistency even inside the same match. That's pretty much all I could figure out about them.
  8. Can you share the low quality streams please? Some of barely have the internet connection for 144p streams!
  9. One game doesn't change everything, especially that he'll be playing on the right, not the left. He's been doing more than fine for us. And while he can be selfish on the ball, off it he's probably our most unselfish player. He constantly makes runs which he knows he won't get the ball from but can create space for others. I just think that against a team with a solid defense like Villa, his runs can help us a lot because they push their back line backwards and gives the fullbacks something different to think about.
  10. Seriously, where the fuck did that come from?! I don't think anyone on the planet knew that Jagielka had that in his locker! Goal of the season?!
  11. I think Schurrle should have started despite his performance mid-week. We could really use his runs against Villa's defense. Unless Jose is saving him for Lisbon. I don't know much about them.
  12. Sorry, still trying to convince my mom about it. She just won't budge!
  13. Can only see on winner of the derby. Liverpool to win it fairly comfortably. He started their last two matches. It doesn't help his case that they lost both matches.
  14. DD is much more likely to come on than Remy. If we're winning, he can hold up the ball and relieve pressure on our defense, if we need a goal he gives us another option of playing the direct long ball. Remy is good to exploit spaces.
  15. That's very true, but Al Assad is not going anywhere any time soon because Syria is not Iraq. First, the regional and international circumstances are completely different. The "Objection Axis" (wow, that does NOT translate well from Arabic at all!) is a lot stronger. Iran and Russia view the fall of the Syrian regime as the defeat of all their plans and interest in the region. They are putting in all their weight to not lose this war, but they can't win it either. The situation is going to stay as it is for some time.
  16. I don't either, but Hiba is the exception. Her voice is the best I've heard in a long while. Though, I don't know how much Ousama cares about credit. He gets to bang a hot girl who is 20 years younger than him. That should be more than enough reward for discovering her
  17. Is he on his period or something? Looks like I might miss this one because BeIN somehow thought that a match between the 12th and 8th teams in the league is more important than clash between the leaders and the team tied for second...
  18. Villa are actually tied for second place with Southampton. Obviously they won't finish anywhere near there, but tells you something about the form they're in.
  19. Never heard of him, although Google says he's an Opera composer. Don't think we even have an Opera house in Lebanon! But she has a great soprano voice, right? I believe the music for the song is "Windmills of my mind" if I'm not mistaken. French or something...
  20. Yeah, he always seems to try to 'put too much technique' in his shots. Sometimes you just need to put your laces through it!
  21. Well, I disagree. I think for us that his best position is on the right side. If you play with only inverted wingers then you become too narrow and easy to defend against. It's just a trend, like number 10s and could end soon. Exactly why I wouldn't want Ronaldo in our team.
  22. He's right footed, and has been playing mainly on the right wing for two years now. I like him on the right wing where he does not take 10 shots from 30 yards out every match...
