Me? No, never. I'm always the guy who's saying we'll win the big games when we are the underdogs and everyone is saying we will get smashed, but that's not the case here at all. We're expected to get the win, but it's the scum, in November, right before and international break, when we're not exactly setting the world alight, at Anfield after THAT game last season, when we're on an unbeaten run and Liverpool are supposedly struggling and in need of a big win to turn their season around. It's just set up too perfectly for Liverpool to get an 'upset' win.

You just know this is going to be THAT game of the season where everything goes wrong. Not confident at all and would bite your hand off for a draw right now. That international break can't come quick enough.

We've said this countless times in the past 3 years, but it was finishing again that let us down yesterday. We had 10 shots on target yesterday; the exact same amount we had two weeks ago when we put 6 past them! Surprised that some still haven't realized this: Our finishing is very inconsistent. On a lighter note, this made me chuckle:

Could well happen. If Roma and CSKA draw in the next round, even if City lose to Bayern, all they need is to beat Roma in the final round and they'd have a 3 way tie at 5 points (assuming CSKA lose to Bayern in their final game) and City have by far the best GD so they would go through. They could go through even after getting just 2 points from the first 5 matches!

Can't believe that City still have a decent chance of qualifying despite having 2 points from 4 matches!

We've been having trouble with that lately and haven't been able to solve it. Thanks for pointing out the difference, maybe now @Jim can solve the issue?

What a crazy match that was! Made it more difficult than it had to be, and obviously disappointing, but a point is not the end of the world. Still very much in the driving seat. On the bright side, City lost again in the CL!

Rumors are because he didn't take any part in the U19s match though he was scheduled to travel with them. Could be Jose asked for him to be on the bench, could he he picked up a last-minute knock or cold or something.

The lads really took it easy on them in the second half, especially after the red card. Could have finished in double figures!
