Interesting....more than 50% of Liverpool shirts sales in the UK are in London and just 6% in Liverpool: EDIT: Seems that's just the sales from Sports Direct, so could be different overall. Here's Chelsea's:

For different reasons...

That's completely besides the point. It's not his place to talk about fans in a negative way. On the contrary, one of his responsibilities as the manager is to reflect a good image of both the club and the fans. You don't go call your overweight boss a "fat wanker" and tell him he wishes he was as fit as the rival company owner because "it's true".

Him and the rest of Burkina Faso tried absolutely everything in their power to NOT score. Such a weird match.
-
No idea how he was unable to join Bordaux but can join Reading. Anyway, best of luck to him, though I've almost lost all hope for him here. Such a shame after his early promise but his career seems to be going backwards after that first season.
-
Yeah, looks like a publicity stunt more than anything. Still glad that the fraud got embarrassed.
-
Lmaoooo Professional wanker, Craig Burley, actually had to get a Torres tattoo after talking bs about him before the Madrid derby  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ART2pQ1zFug

We out-sung them throughout the first half.

More shots fired at Frank

I think both he and Mikel were exposed 'tactically' by how Liverpool setup and attacked with a sort of two number tens. I think that took Jose by surprise and I hope he thinks of something to stop it next week. But even with that, both made some really incredible errors for professionals at this level. I'd expect Mikel and Matic to be beaten by Coutinho because there was often a gap between them and the back four that JT is unable to cover and Cahill unwilling. We should not however expect Mikel to fail to press or get dispossessed or Matic to make simple positional errors like for the goal or keep misplacing simple passes. Those are unacceptable individual mistakes.
-
What's more incredible is that it was bending away from him as well. By far his best save of the season.
-
Up (or down) there with Iva as our worst performer yesterday, and that's saying something! And in the end when he just kept giving them the ball 30 yards from our goal..
-
Defensively mostly did well although he started to look tired at the end, but in going forward, especially in the first half......he might as well played in red shirt..
-
No that was Matic who was completely out of position and then too slow to stop Sterling from turning. Mikel was helping Iva on the right who was left against two players by Willian.
-
We have no established replacement. I think you have to blame the guy who sold Luiz and did not buy a replacement.
-
I'm not exaggerating when I say, I could have passed better than him yesterday. Him and Willian just kept on giving them the ball back every f***ing time! I was about to throw my TV out of the window in the first half.
-
Yeah, definitely one of our better players yesterday, not that that says much since most of the team was pretty terrible. Did better than expected defensively but going forward he was as sloppy as everyone else.

Tell that to the iconic cartoonist Sine who was prosecuted by the French government and then fired by Charlie Hebdo themselves for antisemitism for saying that Sarkozy's son "converted to Judaism for financial reasons" after marrying a super rich Jewish girl. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/france/4351672/French-cartoonist-Sine-on-trial-on-charges-of-anti-Semitism-over-Sarkozy-jibe.html Btw, from that very search you posted, this is the only two cartoons that has any reference to Jews I could find: Doesn't really compare to drawing Mohammed naked in a doggie-style position with star over his anus, or god fucking Jesus from behind, does it? The zionist lobby in France has created a very powerful censorship by hiding behind antisemitism accusations. Prime example is the Gayssot law which is often used to send anyone who questions the holocaust to jail but never for example the people deny the Turkish massacres against the Armenians killing over a million people, or the fact that during the last attack on Gaza the French minister banned pro-Palestine protests for "antisemitism".

That's not how the media, not the western nor the media in these Muslim majority countries, portrayed it though. The local media outlets in the east went with the usual "Christian west attacking your beliefs and values" rhetoric and the western media went with the usual "Muslim east attacking your beliefs and values" and hence both only focused and republished/condemned the Muslim related cartoons to create the "us vs them bullshit". A LOT of the people who shared the Mohammed cartoons would never share the Jesus ones. And it really wasn't "all" religions. From what I saw it was mainly just Islam and Christianity. In France, if you draw anything about Judiasm, even if far less offensive than those cartoons, you get thrown in prison for antisemitism. Wrong kind of freedom of speech, I guess.

Tweet it and then embed the tweet? Or in other words, no

Maybe Buck sold him his share, not Roman

He says in the caption under the recognition award that he's fulfilled a long time dream of becoming a shareholder of Chelsea and there is some mention of an investment from the club in the Middle East as a result. He is legitimately one of the financers if not the main for Al Hilal. He has over 300k followers on Twitter and his own fan pages! I don't think he can lie about something like that. He's not some random unknown guy. If he was lying the club would have persued some legal action or at least revoked his supporter club membership.
-
Maybe not. I checked him out, he's one of the owners/financiers of Al Hilal club in KSA and he there are pictures of him and little pieces of new in Saudi sites about him becoming something of business partner or shareholder in the club and being handed some sort of recognition award for it last season at HT at the Norwich game at the Bridge.
