Fabregas loves more than anything to win and not in a selfish way. And he, from day one, seemed to embrace the group mentality. That's close enough for now.

Yeah, I agree. thought he did well against City even though he was isolated. And again popped up with a goal. His ration is remarkable. Though he did seem to tire out around the 65-70 min mark, obviously from lack of playing time this season.

It's financial (besides the fact that they can't even fill half of the San Siro these days). One of the main reasons why Juve have managed to dominate in Italy by having a stable finances throughout the economic crisis was because they became the first big team in Italy to actually own their stadium. Granted the Olympico was not as iconic as the San Siro, but financial stability of owning the stadium beats the advertising appeal of history.

I think that was one of the reasons to bring Didier back. We've lost a lot of people who know "how to win" and know the "Chelsea way". Luckily Cesc already has that mentality, along with Didier and JT and to a lesser extent Iva Cech and Mikel. Azpi and Matic seem to be on their way, but that is why we need to win trophies and play cup finals and title deciding matches. That experience is what creates that kind of mentality.
