I still am not sure why people are so close-minded in terms of Rafa coming. Yeah, he said a few things about our club when he was managing a rival club, so what? He had a rough start with the first few games and the CWC fiasco (which is to be expected, considering the form we were in to begin with and the lack of time he had), but as you can see, we are starting to play much better than we have been with some great results in the past couple weeks. It's ridiculous how in spite of this, people still hold a grudge against him.

This game did show us two things for certain: we definitely need a new striker and possibly a creative central midfielder who can take the place of Lampard (when he leaves).

Actually, you're pretty wrong here. The Everton fans are the most fucking nuts when it comes to referee decisions. Every time they had a fair decision go against them, you could hear them screaming, it was bloody ridiculous.

Solid display, the only complaints I had were Hazard (who was quiet for a good portion of the game) and Torres (who's finishing inside the box was utter wank). I hope Cech is okay.

Then you clearly have no idea how much other top clubs have struggled to get points at Norwich this season. Jesus Christ, were you on sabbatical during our back to back championships? Because both titles were won the back of performances very similar to the one today. Norwich defended amazingly well, which was only boosted by the fact that their support was behind them nearly the entire match. There's a reason why this is arguably the most competitive league in the world and if you think that we should stomp over any side that aren't the Bin Dippers, Yids, Arsenal, City, etc, then I'm afraid to say that you are watching the wrong sport.

this is a pretty narrow-minded way to think of things. I don't think it can be argued that Terry isn't one of the biggest cunts in football... however, he does his job on the pitch which is why we love and respect him. Just because Busquets can be a piece of shit at times doesn't mean that he's not a top quality player. As for the diving, come on, when did you tag onto Chelsea? Have you never seen the likes of Robben, Joe Cole, and Drogba dive quite regularly whilst wearing a Chelsea shirt. I just do not get your logic...

This will be no easy walk in the park. Not only are some of their players pretty good, but also, knowing that they are playing one of the biggest clubs in the world, they will undoubtedly raise their game. We should not and cannot be complacent, otherwise, it could end quite shockingly for us (this also applies for if we play Corinthians).

I think everybody is being much to harsh on Benitez (including myself at times). The guy has been in charge for about three weeks. He had about two/three days to sort out the team before our match against Man City, and then about a week for West Ham. That's not much time for anybody to start have their team playing brilliant, let alone Benitez. So why doesn't everybody just calm the fuck down about Rafa (including the idiots who were booing when we were up by three against Sunderland) and reserve their judgement for later?
