Thanks guys! My dad is an engineer and he worked in same company for a very long time but then they had hard times and had to force out some employees, including my dad. Well, he was pretty desperate because he thought he won't get a permanent job easily at the age of 56, but he went to several job interviews and got the permanent job today. He got the new job pretty quickly, so no critical times but still very happy for him.

My dad got a job, I'm very happy for him.
