we need players who like running with the ball.... our midfield cant run with the ball and always try to pass, its reverse football our team plays. Barca isnt going to be a tactical battle.... we cant defend, we cant run with the ball, we cant pass and we cant score. Wow. Asian ESPN also saying it wasnt a pen...... He went in two footed, and even if he touched the ball, kalou did some good footwork to get around him and then there was more contact.... so pen for sure. I wish i had your optimism, but our team simply does not have the sort of depth that is capable of winning such matches ATM..... It would be a big risk to go with that formation, considering Lukaku has not had any game time this season and sturridge will do the same selfishness that he is now known for.... Romeu is a mystery.... and Meireles Lampard midfield will be equivalent to the performance of essien lampard against wigan.... We need Ramires and Torres playing....

Not we ARE shite ( we have a decent squad)....we WERE shite.... we are all really happy at the win... being outplayed by 10 men at home was the unexpected bit. Bad day performance wise for the players, but unlike before, where we simply threw away leads in the last few minutes... in the last two games, we managed to win both even after our dramatic collapses.

Shit performance.... Good win.... In the end its all about the stats.... RDM has 7 wins 1 draw and 1 loss... Thats a great return. We will have certain games where we will be completely outplayed, and where we dont deserve a victory, but as long as we are progressing in the right direction, thats all that counts. The players will know that they almost got out of the competition against 10 men, and that should serve as a wake up call for the players... Two games in a row we have given up a lead towards the end of the game, and in both we have come out winners. Positives...... RDM is good at motivation and Communication, so i expect that the team will have a good analysis about this game, and will fix the problems. Barca is going to be real tough, but i actually feel it is a positive to be playing at home first.... We need to emulate milan and then give the performance of our lives at the Nou Camp.... thats our ONLY way through... and possible. Come On!! Lets Crush Wigan!

I strongly believe Barca will be knocked out tomorrow. Milan will end up getting a draw, maybe 1-1 or 2-2. That, plus progression for chelsea is almost certain. Sadly, we didnt know this at the beginning of the season, but now looking back.... If we threw out our old guard and deadwood before the season started and got these youngsters in, we probably would have had the same, if not more points in the league..... their sales would have allowed us to buy atleast two more quality players too add to the squad too.... I always used to ignore the rants people had about the board, but now im sick and tired of this shit. Not one player has broken through the ranks since JOHN TERRY. Thats more than a Decade ago. A DECADE. For all the other club supporters that call us plastics or the club a plastic club, all they have to do is point out that its been a decade that not one Chelsea youngster has come through, while in all their clubs, youngsters keep coming through. Plastic board. Plastic Plans. Every time i watch Swansea, i have a laugh. Its so fucking ridiculous, that one of our own was told to fuck off without being given a chance, look at him now. Most of the time, Big players only go to CL Qualified teams..... As for the teams that dont qualify, it is almost always talent that comes through the ranks , or talent being bought from another league, or a lesser club, that shines. That is how the club is rebuilt....look at napoli. We need to rebuild, Not REBUY!! Our reserves have 3-4 very promising attacking players, we should not forget that. CL is not important to me this season or next, i want to see some sort of heart and soul return to CFC. Piazon mchechran Islam Feruz Lukaku Debruyne and ive heard this bamford kid is good too.... Hes quite awesome in fifa12.... We need players coming through the academy and having the passion to prove themselves and take over the New Chelsea Era, ATM its just a case of wasted talent with this lot. Maximum, lets buy a Striker like Hulk who is more Versatile with where he can play.... WE SIMPLY SHOULD NOT THINK OF BUYING , maybe one player . We need to get these players out and playing for Us. Then buy players around them, rather to hope that magically without being given much chance, these talents will break into our squad. The reserves are everything our senior team is not.

Why do people keep picking up Drogba? He hasnt done much all season and has only performed in a handful of matches. He is simply not as effective anymore. Even if he manages to hold up the ball, he cant make anything of it, or find a good pass. He has lost his free kicks ability and pace as well. He is only a leader when we are winning. He gets the crowd going and all, but if we arent winning, he cant do it anymore. Hasnt scored too many goals either, 9 goals 3 assists, in all tournaments. Torres has 6 goals and 8 assists this season.....And he is playing well since a while now. He deserves to start over Drogba. Drogba has a great history and WAS known to terrorise defenses, but cant do that anymore. Age catches up to everyone. BENFICA 2 CHELSEA 2 TORRES AND LAMPARD

Today really showed what Chelsea is..... An old guard , apart from Terry . which is pathetic.... When Essien got subbed i wanted to break his face when i saw him making faces and walking slowly.... Useless guy.... Did nothing in the game,,,,,didnt even close down players.... Mata is not strong enough or fast enough..... He can only work his magic a few times in the game.... otherwise over 90 minutes he really cant affect the game too much....gets bullied too easily. NO CHAMPIONS LEAGUE next season. Sad Sad performance, knowing that we needed 3 points. Why did they even turn up to play when they would play without any intensity and passion with some sense of freakin URGENCY.
