  1. Brilliant news IMO, Brilliant. I was thinking an announcement today would mean Chelsea are out. Theirs no way we could of talked to him so quickly after the UCL win, and now that we've won the UCL I think his plans stalled. We offered him before but an unexpected victory changed his plans. In my opinion the Manchester club is City (even though it makes no sense) - United can't compete with us wage wise or in monetary expenses. He said their both good offers so one Manchester club is probably out. Last week he was confident that he was going Manchester, but now he's added us again. Good chance too get him imo.
  2. "I don't know", yep it's true saw it but didn't understand. Didn't see him mention a club. He trolled us all. Eden Hazard 1-0 the World.
  3. LOL Hazard: "haha... fuck off" (to some random guy following him around saying shit)
  4. Just gonna say that, making it a little obvious?
  5. Hazard just got subbed off and received a great ovation.
  6. Hazard scores again 3-1 Lille Stream guys: http://www.sportlemon.tv/v-4/0/108/v-410882.html More importantly Montpellier are losing 1-0 to relegated Auxerre, PSG can't can they?
  7. Montpellier losing 1-0 to a relegated Auxerre side. PSG have a snif.
  8. He was very arragont pre match, as were many of the Bayern hierachy. Heynckes felt Drogba's wrath and you can't help but think that some of their players felt the internal pressure.
  9. Thought I'd mention Sky sports spoke to Balague earlier. When he actually spoke about it, it didn't sound as bad as the quotes do.
  10. In the biggest game in club footballl your hardly going to see our youngsters start. Bertrand was bold enough and we were marred with suspensions. Our squad isn't strong enough to go and attack Bayern in their back yard. Madrid couldn't do it, and both history and logic shows it would be suicidal. Many of our players may never get an opportunity again, so no matter how it happened tonight we had to win. We've never had luck in the past and if we played attacking we'd play right into their hands and it could've been embarrassing. It may be entertaining for some but not for us. The reprecussions were so high. If Scotland or Celtic got into the world cup and European final with the consequences already being so high, imagine being Chelsea who had to qualify next year for the UCL, may have lost Samsung, players might not get an opportunity again and the fact it helps attract more players (quite possibly Hazard), may just've screwed Spurs etc. We've built ourselves a platform for success, and now have the opportunity to buy the players this summer and possibly promote some of our youths. Maybe next year we'll be a whole different proposition, but at least we have the opportunity to provide that proposition now. And as a whole you can't say this journey hasn't been exciting, many neutrals I've asked have loved it tbh. When liverpool won they were dominated, 10 hellish minutes AC Milan blacked out for but hey I saw a poll the other day and it was voted the greatest night in European history.
  11. They've organised him a send off right after the game tonight. It will be then.
  12. Their is celery everywhere lol, people are just throwing them endlessly LOL
  13. All eyes glued on Lille game tonight. He'll end the suspense by announcing it after they give him a send off. Word is Man United, Man City and Chelsea have all agreed fees. The Decision is his. If City haven't already secured his services, after yesterday night and all it meant, I'm getting good feelings. I mean he saw us resort to playing Bertrand on the wings, bring on Malouda and start with Kalou.
  14. I mean he is is staying. Only going for the Euros don't worry lol, read that passage I quoted above.
  15. Barcelona and Real Madrid congratulate Chelsea on winning Champions League Barca's official Twitter feed read: "Congratulations to @chelseafc for their first title in the Champions League!" "Congrats to Chelsea! The new Champions League winners!" tweeted defender Gerard Pique, while president Sandro Rosell wrote: "Congratulations to Chelsea, champions of Europe." Meanwhile, Sergio Ramos was delighted for his Spain team-mates Juan Mata and Fernando Torres, who enjoyed their first taste of glory as European club champions. "Congratulations to two good friends @juanmata10 and F.Torres. Congratulations winners .. ! Also keep your head up Robben." Xabi Alonso, however, was engrossed by the occasion: "Football drama II. Congrats Chelsea. Sorry for Bayern." I saw the legendary Ronaldo take to twitter too saying it's a victory for Brazil and Neymar, Wilshere, Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain, Belletti, De Jong, Lescott,Guiseppe Rossi + many more. Also Ian Wright bashing Arsenal and supporting A.Cole :D
  16. Chelsea FC founded 1905, Chelsea FC win the Champions League 19.05.
