  1. Perfect players don't need to be amazing, so you didn't understand at all. Perfect players fit the team like a glove and aren't bought 'just because'. I'd rather spend 35mill on Reus than 25mil on Cuardrado. Besides who said the club needs to buy? And you finished my argument against you for me concerning team balance. Thanks, ;^ ).
  2. Are you dense? I just stated "Just because he is the only option"; doesn't that answer your question? The club doesn't have to buy at all. He could be a great player for the team, he may not; I just want the club and Mourinho to pick players that are perfect, not players just because they are available.
  3. Just because he is the only option doesn't mean he should be bought. In five months something better might come up, besides I'm against throwing around such money mid-season.
  4. How dare you lot insult our future captain?????AS?S?A
  5. Scouse biased announcer on Sterling's goal: "ONE ON ONE, THERE IS NO CHANCE. ONLY ONE ANSWER. GAME ON LIVERPOOL" I didn't think having four defenders in front of you counted as one v one with the keeper.
  6. But who is he crossing to? Outside of set piece situations the only threat in the air is the Drogman. Costa is bang on average in the air. It's not hard to find a winger better in attacking production than Willian . Afroman is a shuttling workhorse, and I love him for it.
  7. Marco Reus, Antoine Griezmann, Arda Turan, Arjen Robben, Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, Gareth Bale, Eden Hazard, David Silva, Franck Ribery, Thomas Muller, Angel Di Maria, Raheem Sterling and then there is a bunch of forwards that can play on the wings like Mario Gotze, Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, James Rodriguez, Santi Carzorla, and probably a few more like Edinison Cavani. I'm not syaing they are available but I don't buy into the fact that he is a top ten winger in Europe, I can't argue against the other two though, they seem accurate. What about Jose Callejon? He is just as quick and hardworking as Cuadrado but with more production.
  8. To be honest I just don't want the club to spend all that money (£25,000,000+) on a player that isn't amazing. I'm sure he would be a solid player for Chelsea but that sort of cash should get more than a solid player. The numbers being quoted are nothing short of ridiculous. What has Cuadrado done to justify that sort of fee?
  9. I was going to use it to fix my tooth but when I think about it, it is the same thing.
  10. They should give the money to me.
  11. I'd rather just keep Schurrle. No, several times over for this guy. Expensive, 27 and doesn't add anything new to the team. Pointless transfer.
  12. Perhaps a few years ago. But even then I doubt it, probably newpaper fodder.
  13. Sebastian Giovinco has joined Toronto FC.
  14. Thanks. Skip to about 14minutes if you want to get straight to Lampard.
  15. David Luiz hattrick Score Concede penalty Red Card
  16. The term overrated is a cancer among the footballing community.
  17. Yes, it is more than possible for that to happen. I'd like to see you do the same tricks and flicks with a ball after tearing your cruciate ligaments. Technical ability degrades just like everything else, especially when changes to the body occur.
  18. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/jan/16/football-transfer-rumour-mill-chelsea-real-madrid Jese the player that wanted to leave Real Madrid because of Mourinho. Journalism :philjones
  19. He doesn't need to have amazing playmaking or target-man skills; Drogba is on the team for that stuff.
  20. Carlo is the coolest manager alive. Love the guy, but I think he is a Yes-Men that works great with egos. No man is better at dealing with elephant-sized egos. Look at what he did in 2009/10, managed to get the best out of Anelka, Drogba, Lampard, Terry, Malouda, and Ballack. You have to admit the egos of those men could fill the Pacific Ocean. Tactically alright but I don't think he could raise a rag-tag team like Atletico to La Liga champions. Simeone would fall apart at Real Madrid, Carlo would fail at Atletico.
  21. I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves Bayern. Won everything in Germany several times, just broke-up with his long term partner, Bayern have a lot of youthful midfeilders and his contract is running out sooner rather than later. Now, I would be surprised if he came here. But in saying that Chelsea have pulled off some spectacular transfers: Shevchenko, Cole, Ballack, Essien, Hazard, Fabregas, and Torres. Who'd have thought Chelsea would get Fabregas and Torres eight years ago?
