  1. I haven't seen much this season, so I just went to a default.
  2. At any given moment I consider only XI players to be world class. Hazard is not one of them. If we play a traditional 4-3-3 this would be my world class XI: Crisitano Ronaldo - Suarez - Messi James - Modric Busquets Alaba - Godin - Chielinni- Lahm Neuer Damn, there really isn't that many fullbacks or centrebacks to choose from. I was really clutching at straws to make this XI. This isn't necessarily the best team, but I do think each player is the or at least one of the best players in their position. While England has a lot of very talented players in the leagues, I don't think any of them are the absolute best.
  3. I hate what modern society (at least in the west, in-particular the USA) is becoming. Every cunt is offended by everything. Tropes are offensive. Stereotypes are offensive. Jokes are offensive. Being a white, straight male is offensive. Having a different opinion is offensive. Hypocritical bastards. 'People shouldn't be ashamed of who or what they are unless you are white'. Dammit, nobody should be ashamed of their race. I hate how people feel the need to shoehorn sexuality and race into media. For what purpose does making a character 'gay' serve unless it is relevant to the story? If their sexuality is irrelevant to anything what does them being gay (or straight, or bi, or whatever you want) matter? It the ultimate form of sexism/racism and dumbass writers are too stupid to realise they are writing incredibly terrible characters at the detriment of equal rights. In The Witcher 3 there is a series of optional quests. At first they all seem disconnected but if you look closely, it subtly tells the story of a lord's son and a stable boy being lovers. There love is forbidden and the lord's son ends up committing suicide and the stable boy became an outcast in his village. This in turn triggers an event of another village being haunted; a woman mention to the lord his son's suicide and homosexuality and the lord in turn muders her in cold blood. She become a vengeful wraith that haunts the village and forces people out. That is some great story telling. The stable boys mentions it only once: "They banished me from the castle, for I had laid with a man, and prefered men! Let us not speak on it anymore." Nuance and subtly. What isn't story telling is when a character's sexuality is portrayed as "I'M FLAMING GAY, HAHA I LIKE DICK IN MY MOUTH AND ASS, YOU SHOULD ROMANCE ME AND MAKE LOVE TO MY BUTT, MY HOMOSEXUALITY IS THE ONLY ASPECT OF HISTORY AND PERSONALITY AND HAS NO BEARING ON THE PLOT WHATSOEVER, I'M ONLY A POINTLESS CHARACTER THAT PANDERS TO THE SOCIAL JUSTICE WARRIOR CROWD, IF YOU DON'T ACCEPT ME YOU ARE A HOMOPHOBE". This is what Bioware does, they shoehorn in sexuality when it has no purpose other than existing. That is terrible writing. Writers don't shove straight characters into people's faces, so why do it with homosexuals? It makes no sense, if they truly are equal then treat them as such.
  4. HAHA THESE THIRD WORLD MUPPETS ACTUALLY THINK THEY MATTER Get the fuck out of my thread.
  5. I'd take a three day holiday from this hell.
  6. You are all children. Get back on topic; add people you don't like to your ignore list. It isn't hard, just go to settings and 'manage my ignore preferences'. Easy, now chop chop.
  7. 'If you can't handle the banter get the fuck out of Nando's.' - Inscription on the tomb of the Unkown Chav Eva is definitive proof that the finer gender can't handle #hotbantz
  8. Isco is way better looking than Harmez Babyface Rodriguez.
  9. ? It applies to life to. Things change.
  10. Roundabouts in America are frightening. Nobody is taught how to use them here so on the very rare occasion you find one, it is a nightmare.
  11. You predicted the majority of the team would be under-performing at a catastrophic level or that without signings the team would struggle? Two very different statements. A couple of signings could not and will not fix the fact that the majority of the players that won the title last year are performing at a level that is less than half of what they are capable of.
  12. I don't know about Florida but a popular thing to do in Georgia is to not indicate and run red lights. There was a crash in front of my condo yesterday. Some guy crashed his car into a pole, the entire street had to be cordoned for the rest of the day. Thanks to that fool, it took the gf over 40 minutes to drive 1.5 miles from work to home. People are insane and don't know how intersections and one way streets work.
  13. No, I've been to Florida though. Scary shit driving on the highway with psychopathic drivers and random torrential rainfall.
  14. No and no. At the beginning of the season no-one could have predicted Ivan's loss of ability and form, there was no reason for Baba to even be in contention at the beginning. There is more than enough time for Baba this season (fucks sake man, he could still get 30+ Premier League games) and Filipe lost his position to Azpilicueta and could never get it back. He got ample chances to prove his worth.
  15. If you can't tell the difference in circumstance between all the players listed earlier and Filipe Luis than you've no hope. Hint: Filipe Luis is 30, whilst all the over players at the time were a decade or more younger. You just saw last season, a player that was eased into the team; Zouma and it is happening right now with Loftus-Cheek. It is in front of your eyes but you blinded by the fact that Filipe Luis left. It is pretty easy to cherry pick, isn't it?
  16. Azpilicueta was eased in. It seemed to work for him. Santon was eased in. It didn't work for him. Ivanovic was eased in. It worked for him. Bellerin was also eased in last season, only playing 20 games. I never said that he mentally fragile or frail; it seems you have taken what I've posted, misunderstood it and then attack it in a flurry of confusion. It is 6 bloody games in, have some damn patience.
  17. Well aren't you essentially playing the 'if' game by saying that Mourinho should be sacked and replaced by an interim-manager? If everything goes right, the team might win a trophy and could finish top four. Nothing but hypotheticals if you are speaking about an interim-manager so to criticise someone condescendingly for playing the 'if' game is completely hypocritical.
  18. Mourinho is protecting him. Easing the player into the club and a higher standard. He could have very easily thrown him to the sharks and made him start games against the likes of Arsenal. In the off hand that he got torn to shreds by Walcott in one of his first games would not have helped in any way. The last time Mourinho was using a young fullback was Santon. He [santon] fucked up one game and got chewed out by Mourinho and started crying, he couldn't deal with the pressure and criticisms. Maybe Baba can, I don't know but sometimes it is better to err on the side of caution than just rushing things. Ivanovic is terrible but he isn't a precocious stage of development. He is mentally strong enough to withstand being told he is shit.
  19. Oh boy, the managerial merry-go-round. Who should be in charge next? How about big Sam? That cunt doesn't have a job at the moment.
