  1. I'm surprised that someone actually took that post seriously.
  2. You guys over complicate things, formations, tactics, philosophy, Pythagoras's theorem etc. I'm bringing football back to basics. Sometimes to win in football you have to score goals. IF Chelsea score more goals than Stoke chances are good that Chelsea will win.
  3. If we score more goals than Stoke we will win this.
  4. I wonder who makes these things. Amazing golazo.
  5. The Premier League teams seem to be fairly split here. Liverpool would probably be the most popular out of the Premier League. However I've seen more Internazionale, AC Milan and Juvnetus shirts than I care to count. Whenever I'm in the city I always see one of those shirts.
  6. As is Iniesta. Mata is the strongest finisher out of the four people listed. I don't understand where this idea that Mata is a poor finisher comes from, he has been more prolific in front of goal than all three others. Stats from wiki so I don't know how accurate they are, and I know that stats aren't everything but... Mata - 248 appearances for Valencia, Chelsea and Spain scoring 64 times. 0.258 Goals per match. Oscar - 95 appearances for Sao Paulo, Inter and Brasil scoring 23 times. 0.242 Goals per match David Silva - 398 appeareances for Eibar, Celta, Valencia, ManCity and Spain scoring 69 times. 0.173 Goals per match. Iniesta - 487 appearances for Barcelona and Spain scoring 51 times. 0.104 Goals per match.
  7. They don't even have to be old they can just be terrible.
  8. He had about five seconds inside the box to take the shot but instead he passes to Torres who surrounded by Bianconeri and wasn't even facing goal.
  9. RAMI Y U NO SHOOT INSIDE BOX BUT SHOOT OUTSIDE BOX?
  10. Did he even have a single shot against Juventus?
  11. Beautiful touch and pure amazing finish. Take a bow son. People seem to forget that players like Wisey also wore the number 11...
  12. Always look on the bright side of life. Life can seem pretty shirty, but at least we aren't ManCity. Always look on the bright side of draws, at least it wasn't a nil-nil bore.
  13. Not me. I was too young, Premier League coverage was poor and my family was too poor (or too tight) back then to afford cable television. To me Chelsea didn't exist out of FIFA '98 on the Playstation One.
  14. I think Vucinic is a very solid striker (scored a couple against Chelsea already) and I'd class Giovinco more as an attacking midfielder.
  15. Careful where you tread because all those adjectives could apply to us too...
  16. Well you aren't really helping the situation are you? Antagonising them doesn't make for a friendly environment...

  18. Because if you talk smack about Super Lamps the ghost of Joe Cole (bless his soul) will haunt your dreams. Be warned fair traveler, be warned.
  19. SBS is a multicultral and multilanguage free-to-air channel. We get the Champions League on it. For free.
  20. Don't you get SBS on that island of yours?
  21. Pffft. Get off your high horse, he obviously meant Dennis Wise. Some people, gosh.
  22. Damien Duff? He was alright. I'm only choosing players that I saw live (so no Zola, Nevin, Osgood, Dixon etc): 1. Frank Lampard 2. John Terry 3. Didier Drogba 4. Petr Cech 5. Joe Cole Yes, Joe Cole. That solo goal against ManUtd is the reason I'm a Chelsea fan today.
