Attacking Midfielders have to play basically as fowards and the midfield is basicall the same as a 4-3-3. What's the point of buying a manager that has a completely different ethos? It's just going to create further confusion and ambiguity at the club. This team has no ethos, no soul, no culture.

Who can honestly say they wouldn't so the same? When you know you are a rubbish player and things aren't going to get better, may as well take what you can and run.

Does Chelsea have the CBs to support this formation? Can Azpilicueta and Cole cut it at wide midfield? Terry - Luiz - Cahill Mikel Azpilicueta - Lampard - Ramires - Cole Mata - Ba That doesn't look to flashy and effective to me. Oscar and Hazard are being wased on the bench.
