He is very different to Sturridge. The only thing they have in common is they take a lot of pot shots by cutting inside. Other than that they are completely different players.

Attack only gives points to overall and attack. I was just looking at defending. Mikel has an overall point score of 587 with 449 of those points coming from possession...only 57 go to defending.

His defensive stats and ratings on Squawka are painfully terrible. He excels in nothing but possession. He is sitting on a rating of about 40-70 each game....that's awful for a CDM. http://www.squawka.com/players/john-obi-mikel

I personally think he is better than Mikel and Romeu. Chelsea only have two CDMs so it's not like it's hard.

No he has only ever played for PSG. As I said in the OP. No he doesn't, If everyone with blonde hair looked the same, the world would be awful.

This guy isn't a world class finisher. He just has great awareness and positioning. Nothing about his shooting technique could be considered world class.

Rumours abound that P$G are after another midfielder for some reason, this time Capoue. This could be a decent oppurtunity to snap up this guy. Hard working, good defender and decent tackler. He is only 25 has over 150 appearances in Ligue 1 and has one cap for France. This guy to me is really, really underrated like a lot of players in the Ligue 1. Has only ever played for P$G but could be a decent target.

He is a hulking bounds of muscle and power with no footballing skills whatsoever. He goes missing in the big games and can't be relied on. BUT FUCK HE SCORES GOALS. Chelsea are currently doing crap against a lot of teams and this guy loves scoring 30+ a season against shitty teams. Chelsea still need to beat the shitty teams and this is the guy for it. He won't beat ManUtd of ManCity but he will scrape up a few points against shit teams. As long as Chelsea have a few big game players (they don't) Gómez wouldn't be an awful signing. A lot of the time the team sturggles against shit teams...

He will help out the fullbacks.Powershot long distance shot.Very pacey.Very agressive and brave.Can play on both wings, CAM and CF.Has a height advantage.Stamina to burnCalm on the ballGerman = PenaltiesPersonally I see him as one of those big games and never give up sorts like Lamps and Drogba. He is the type of guy that will pull something out of his arse when things are looking down.

If you think the club is pathetic, you think the club in it's entirety is. From day one to the day it finishes existing. No other way around it. You can think the team is pathetic because once again the team does not equate to the club. TO be fair, Mikel put in a handful of very decent shifts last season... LAST SEASON. I can't believe what I'm seeing from him. I know what he is capable of and he hasn't even hit anywhere close to that this season.
