I laugh whenever i see him playing. His creepy smile stuck in my mind forever. Anyway he played good again. I thought he'd replace Ivanovic at RB, but since he's seemingly an untouchable, Azpi will have to make-do with games in various different positions.

It's good to see us trying different things. Before we used to cross the ball endlessly for Torres to meet 1 out of 20. Now we rarely cross the ball and instead go for cut-backs or low crosses. Only problem is that, Ivanovic is the only fullback who goes forward and only one who gets into those good positions, and he has 0% success rate. Only a matter of time though before he finally finds someone, i hope

He had another quiet/average game in attack. That type of pass from Lamps to Ba is what i hope to see more of from him, we had this last season from Hazard and Mata and thus didn't have to rely on the counter so much to score goals. But now Mata is off form and nothing close to the level he was, and Hazard is also up and down, so we need him to create more chances. Off the ball though, can never fault his commitment or tackling ability, it's like we're playing with 3 central mids.

Boateng really quiet in both games, surprising since he's been really good since he joined Schalke.

Our attack has gone 500 steps back from last season. It's getting annoying, but hopefully we keep the clean sheet and get this important 3 points.

I think Willian and Schurrle deserve to start, they both at least got a shot off at Newcastle. Something the starters couldn't do for large periods. The third player will be Oscar. Will be one hard-working trio in defense, i just hope they deliver the goods in attack.
