it was a reply to someone saying that moses dint deserve to start ahead of kdb-oscar-hazard.
-
nope, no exaggeration. the asia tour was more about getting back fitness. none of the players needed to or had to come out of the 2nd gear. even though the US part should be treated the same as the asian part of the pre-season, i feel that is where the performances should count. i mean in the RM match we got to know that DL was a necessity now, or the roma match showed us exactly how pathetic torres is. so i feel there is no exagerration in saying the moses was our best player in pre-season.
-
ban yourself.
-
sorry but i dont believe that. moses was our BEST player in the pre-season and deserves a start in the first match. i am sure jose is a performance based coach rather than one who already has his teamsheets jotted down, no matter what. so at this moment, based on the pre-season and current form moses should be starting ahead of kdb on the right wing moses - oscar - hazard.
-
moses should be starting this match. i will be gutted if he misses out due to the bloody stupid friendlies and all.
-
oh my god!!1 this guy again... 200 pages of BS - thats the only thing that is going to come out of it.
-
5m - brilliant deal. plus if he can take a 50% + paycut... buy him now and send torres to anzhi as good will.

AM boss wants him and yet no official bid. valencia article is a dailymail and any1 who reads those are well.... jose wants WAYNE ROONEY. despite us having 3 strikers already. we have a 50mil striker with us and still are going after another 30mil striker? why is that? is that because JOSE is happy with torres? or do u actually think that if we buy rooney we ll keep 4 strikers with us in a predominatly 1 striker system (be it 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3). BA might become the scapegoat here if we end up getting rooney (or etoo, etoo for god's sake, a 31 year old past his prime striker, that should tell you exactly HOW HAPPY jose has to be with our strikers) and BA will probably leave because teams will actually want him and even make a bid for him unlike floppes because of these reasons 1. he would be worth 10-15 (same as torres), 2. he has less than half of torres' wages, 3. he is 100 times a better player than torres. so tell me one reason why torres should not get any stick. i mean the person who had the bloody balls of complaining about his place in the team 2-3 days after we won the CL and the person who was made the sole striker of the team by selling off anelka, letting go off drogba and kalou, loaning out lukaku and shifting sturridge to right wing which ultimately made us sell him, and then he screws us over with a string of god-awful performances. so forgive me if i cant see a silver lining anywhere in this

i think there is a very simple answer to it all - NO ONE WANTS HIM!!! ever think of that? would you want to buy a 29/30 year old hugely OVER-RATED striker who would cost about 10-15 mil (on the lower side) plus has the wages of 200k/week. also jose's stance on torres will be very aparent in a few weeks when torres wont find a place on even on the bench (of course he ll start those carling cup matches though). the middle ground was lost last season when torres gave up absolutely and completely at the half way point of the season.

the amount of things i found funny in this posts are simply countless. lets start with his "EFFORT". now when and where exactly have you seen him put in "effort". i dont know how much of it he puts in the training but on the field his workrate and "effort" is more often than not, horrible. and this is not something thats coming off the blue. strikers like torres, higuain are not really known for their workrate all over the pitch compared to some1 like cavani, tevez, DD etc. what torres was mostly known for was his pace (which is GONE), his dribbling (its now non-existent and whenever he does try it, the ball ends up with the opposition) and his finishing (hahahaha - i dont think i need to tell a chelsea fan any thing about torres' finishing). anyways i am going off-topic here. as you said he puts in a lot of "effort". to contradict that i would ask you to watch his performance in the CL final and EL final. now that was effort. he WON us the corner which led to the DD goal and it was not just an attempted cross that hit the defender and went out, torres actually fought for the ball and ended up earning a corner. THAT'S EFFORT. similarly his performance in the EL final. he wanted to prove something to the world and what better stage than a final, and hence his only good goal in the blue-shirt (please dont say barca here). those 2 performances from torres clearly say that he simply does not give 100% for chelsea while playing a league game and i for one dont want a player who earns 200k/week but cant put his heart on the line (he should probably just go to ramires and ask for a few pointers). the myth of his LINK-UP play was solved during the madrid match. moreover how do you expect some1 to be good at link up play when he cant hold the ball, falls down at the first touch of the defender and looses the ball 90% of the time, it touches his feet. some1 did an awesome goal to goal analysis of all the goals torres has scored in the chelsea shirt sometime back. the level of the teams that torres scored against came out to be relegation threatened/championship level/europa league level. a club of chelsea's stature wants it striker to be a match changer in a semi-final of a CL (remember DD or very recently remember what lewandowski did), instead i seriously doubt any true chelsea supporter would want to see torres starting in a CL final against any of RM, barca, BM. would u? so u think only because torres is not taking us to court, or saying that he wants to leave (i would actually start loving him that day) or that he does not fuck other players' wife (what a cheap shot) - that makes him a GOOD PLAYER? we are supposed to adore, respect and like a player because he has not done the above mentioned 3 things? I WOULD RATHER WANT MY PLAYER TO PLAY WELL ON THE FIELD. JT fucked a teammates' wife and still is regarded as a LEGEND, because he gives his all for the team, and you can see it him. so dont talk shit and give such childish excuses. torres knew what he was doing when he signed for us. he knew he was a 50mil striker. he signed the contract which made him that. what did he think it was gonna be? a FIFA-ESQUE world where nothing matters and everything was gonna be hunky-dory no matter what. he knew the risks, he knew the amount of pressure he was inviting and now he has to deal with the scorn. as for the jersey sales - lets not become all become ROMAN. how many jerseys torres sells does in now way help US, what does help us is the players and the team performing well on the pitch and winning trophies. in short we have a striker whose workrate sucks, i seriously dont remember any long range goals from him (newcastle was out of the box so i ll give him the benefit of doubt there), who definitely is not a game-changer, passing is poor and he earns 200k/week and probably would hamper the development of one the most promising strikers in the world and also his sulkiness on getting decent game-time might effect the team morale. so what should we be cheering about or what should we be supporting him for? i ll start supposrting him when he starts caring about the chelsea jersey, he not gonna get without fighting for it.

ultimate sarcastic reply to make one's self feel so superior, eh??? losing hope in humanity - i just say get down from your high horse.

i was reading his comments/quotes/posts in the last 10 pages and there is no open-mindedness there. check it for yourself. the fact that he got abused and abused should say how the discussions are with him. u lose a manager after 26 years of service, have a squad which simply does not look good enough for winning PL next season, have one of your star players extremely agitated but yet you wanna track the progress about a rival club (which i very much disagree with because all he does is bring up manu and moyes in every discussion). there are fans from other clubs (SHOGUN) who are brilliant posters, i do respect their opinion but mostly because they bring something substantial to the table.
-
a united fan on a chelsea forum "insults" a couple of our members calling them names, is that not insulting? (for whatever reason he did). also i seriously dont get why a united fan would spend so much time at a CHELSEA forum when his own team is undergoing a MASSIVE CHANGE. u can go thru the last 10 pages and read all the petty arguments he has had and people have had because of him being here (just like us).
-
ignore preferences in your own profile. its quite easy actually. what i dont understand is why some of you even bother. he is a united fan. the most deluded bunch of shit fans that are possible.

---------------Cech-------------- Azpi---Luiz---Terry---Cole --------Ramires---MVG--------- Mata---------Oscar--------Hazard -------------BA--------------- Subs - Schwarzer, Ivanovic, Bertrand, Lampard, Lukaku, Kdb, Moses.
-
cech iva luiz terry cole rambo white-rambo moses mata hazard ba/lukaku subs - schwarzer, cahill, bertrand, azpi, lampard, lukaku/ba, oscar. moses' pre-season exploits makes him deserve a start in this game. for me pivot is a no-brainer. i mean mou has continously played rambo-mvg together while playing essien-mikel together. i feel its about building partnerships and rambo-mvg complement each other quite well. still cant see who our first striker is. probably we wont be having a first striker but just play either of ba/lukaku as per the opposition (any1 who still wants to be regarded in this discussion can F OFF).

cech iva luiz terry cole rambo white-rambo moses mata hazard ba. subs - schwarzer, cahill, bertrand, azpilicueta, lampard, lukaku, de bruyne.
-
azpi wont be available.
-
because he simply does not celebrate. their is no literally no reaction from him. he is just walking back onto the pitch.
-
would u if u had to sit beside floppes.
-
the club should officially transfer list him plus even quote his price - 1 pound (NEGOTIABLE)
-
good performance. the stop was good, dint self-nutmeg and concede a goal but most importantly his distribution is very good.
-
hazard's reaction after we scored the winner is weird.
-
what a performance. i mean he really is back. bloody piece of turd.
