(non rate-able performance). subs - cole - stopped sterling well. had a decent match. some good passing too. 7/10 mikel - some good interceptions but unlike luiz he simply likes that dynamism. after the interceptions he takes 3-4 steps forward before getting over run and putting a back pass. except for that broke the play brillianlty. 7/10 torres - did more than etoo did in 90 minutes. he should have started today after his big match performances against tottenham and city. and his forst touch of the ball showed that he should have. 7/10

we have played 3 games against them since them. the first one was a dead rubber. it was i think 2 days after the fa cup win. pool wanted revenge while we simply were hungover from the celebration and were preserving the players who had to play in the CL final after missing 4 first team players and 2 CBs in (gc and DL) who were injured. then was the game at SB last year, which ended 1-1. we raped them in the first half. should have been 3-0 up minimum. simply bossed the match until suarez scored after pushing rambo off the ball in the corner. the 3rd match was a disgrace. suarez bited ivanovic but still stays on the pitch. the ref gives pool 1 minute more than the given extra time. and we are robbed blind. so forgive me if i dont think there is much to take from these stats.

arsenak and swansea together had one shot on target in 180 minutes of football. i think soton too had 1 shot on target against us. all this one touch football that was played yesterday was mainly cos they were given space to play that. we would have 9 men behind the ball and ready to counter their full backs. very confident about this game.
