  1. so did RM park the bus against bayern. there is a difference between park the bus and good counter attcking football, against united, city, schalke it was that case. if arsenal and gala have a poor defence, its not our mistake, u want us to play like the likes of RM, barca and bayern but dont say how pathetic the teams they face are. but i think its would be stupid of my part to make u understand it since u clearly dont know the difference between park the bus and counter attacking footballing. against swansea we dint create a chance now? did we? did u even see the bloosy match??? against liverpool in the first match at SB we played 01 Cech - injured02 Ivanovic - started28 Azpilicueta - started08 Lampard - started24 Cahill - bemched Booked26 Terry - injured Booked17 Hazard- inured04 David Luiz- rested Booked29 Eto'o - injured11 Oscar - injured k22 Willian - benchso congratulations, u had a 3 whole players playing against the team which 2 weeks ago had owned city at their own game, and we were supposed to go their and play attacking football. how are u not an arsenal fan? they do just that. 5-1 that ended. against ATM in the first leg, if we had started with oscar and schurrle and tried to play attacking football, our bench would have been schwarzer, ake, kalas, mvg, rambo, mikel, ba. in a bloody CL semi-final match. if we were 1-0 down at 70 mins who could have been a the impact player there. it was important to get a positive result even if it was 0-0 out of that match and we did. hence we had to sacrifice our good football in few big and pivotal games. now to the best part of your comment about the PSG game. simply tells me what u exactly are and what your knowledge about this club is. u do remember the 2 scrappy goals but u wont remember the 3 times we hit the woodwork thru good play? our general play, pressing, passing etc were quite good in that match and we completely dominated a team which has some brilliant players like psg. we were unable to SCORE. except for that we did everything right in that match. what did u want us to do? get out of the CL since we cant adapt like barca and bayern? give the man a major pat on the back for changing the way we played. we went long ball and even if we had not been able to score, i would have felt proud knowing we did all we could to score.
  2. cos jese is an absolutely brilliant talent. is not RM the same team that let go off players like mata from the youth academy??? carvajal? whats wrong with u? he was bought... again buy back. if carvajal is their youth then so is matic for us. casemiro is not their youth??? he was bought for 6mil at the start of the season. get your facts right? how many games has nacho played? top CB kalas? so lets have a CB pairing of kalas-omerou next season cos i have heard omerou is better than him, playing as a first choice CB for an african cup nations winning team cant be that easy can it? so should we sell luiz and let go off JT then?.
  3. again even here. bayern and barca have had years of stability before doing that. RM have one youngster in JESE who is doing that. psg play in ligue 1 where they can afford to play youth players and still walk the league. how difficult is that to understand. hull, villa, soton both legs, we were brilliant against everton but failed to put the ball in open nets (remember schurlle and etoo), united 3-1, arsenal 6-0, spurs 4-0, even our last to last PL match against swansea where we should have scored atleast 5 yet the score was 1-0, the 2 legs against schalke, at home to gala, psg, at home to pool was the best attacking half i have ever seen, they could get hold of the ball. seriously we are the 3rd highest goal scorers in the league just behind a city team which in every position beats us for man to man in attack and mid. another is the pool team whose strikers have scored 50 goals in the league this season. how many have ours scored?
  4. psg play in a league where they have won the league before it has begun. try saying that about PL. what youngsters in RM are u talking about? one guy? jese. i dont see even morata getting a chance with them despite having only benzema as their striker.
  5. the team needs to have faith in themselves that they can outscore any team. our manager definitely does not with the type of strikers we have, i dont think our players do and the fans definitely dont. i mean against sunderland when they equalised the whole forum went into meltdown. we knew we were up against it. we knew we would have a major trouble getting a win and people were right. hence jose's emphasis on the defensive side of the game. their are teams like pool and city who can afford to go 2-0 down and yet in the 2nd half, they can score 3 goals. we cant. we simply cant. not now atleast. i have no doubt this will change with someone like costa/manzukic coming in. but like i said before, its what the manager deems and has accessed to be the right thing for the squad. it was not me who compared him to CR. it was others who said that since CR gets so much leeway with his defensive responsibility maybe so should hazard, which is like u said wrong and simply incomparable.
  6. sad? so what are the people blaming JOSE for it!!! 'refused" was the wrong word here, accepted, but i still dont think anything was wrong with saying i would take schurrle over him. schurrle is a good enough threat. he showed it against pool and if BA's lay offs had been any better, he would have been an even bigger threat. he is much better than hazard defensively and with hazard being double/triple marked, he can often be uninfluential on the outcome of the match. so why not schurrle? i am not for real for pointing out that hazard is at mistake but the people who think jose is simply being a cunning fox, or we dint attack all thru the season and hazard's sole responsibility was defence thruout the season are for real??!!!
  7. that "system" won us the game at anfield with 9 of our first teamers not starting. it won us the game at etihad where hazard owned zabaleta not only in offense but in defence too. hazard was a pain in juanfran's butt until that point. i remember him putting a couple of balls in at the near post, getting to the by-line a couple of times. but as soon as we scored the goal, the whole dynamics of the match changed. juanfran and luis started getting a lot more ahead. it was hazard's responsibility even if he is god-incarnate to hold juanfran off and see his run. with juanfran getting so much ahead, we would eventually have got the chance of a counter, but it does not mean that hazard goes to sleep and lets not compare hazard to CR. does he score 40+ goals in all seasons? dont tell me that CR has never been double /triple marked. but thats his class. hazard is lightyears away. hence u do the thing that u r told to do. maybe next season when we have a clinical striker and jose has the confidence in our players to actually go out there and outscore an opposition, then we will start playing a different way. until then, like i said before, hazard should simply have done what was asked of him it does not make sense cos right now people are defending one player ahead of the whole club. eden hazards may come and go, chelsea will be fine with or without him. we proved that against psg/pool or before 2011-12.
  8. well if u think we dont have a "system" to play in then i know how mych u really have seen of us. martinez at everton got his ass kicked 5-0 by pool, want us to have that??? or do u want to play the football pelegrinni plays, lose 3 out of 4 matches to its title contenders, and get owned by barca in CL. now as for attacking football, lets take the ATM first leg for instance shall we, we had hazard and etoo out. if we had tried to play our normal football and played oscar and schurrle for rambo and mikel, our bench would have looked like this schwarzer, ake, kalas, mvg, rambo, mikel, ba. tell me a single player that can have a positive impact on the game at 60th minute if we were 1-0 down? did not we play attacking football against psg? gala?schalke? arsenal? spurs? united etc etc... but if in 3 BIG matches which were going to define our season, if we use the tactics that would help us achieve our objective, it becomes the only way we have played football all thru the season???!!!! my rant was against a player who refused to do his job in the match. would rather prefer schurrle playing if thats the case with him next season too.
  9. didnt say we are. but JOSE is our manager and if he wants our players to play in a particular way, it the players' responsibility from the likes of hazard to kalas to obey him and do their job.
  10. LOL... people are now happy that hazard dint track back juanfran which cost us the match and a place in final. also, jose "deflecting" the blame? what blame? to get us to CL semis? also, i love this statement " certainly more than other top wingers do for their teams." when u play in a system, u have to do your job like any other guy. does not matter if u r eden hazard, CR, ribery or messi. similarly it does not matter if u r hazard, willian, schurrle or salah, or even our POTY twice in a row JUAN MATA, u play the way the team is set up to play, or u can simply FUCK OFF. this is chelsea fc, not hazard FC where hazard gets treated like a different entity. what do people want us to do? we should forego our system and simply play in a way that suits hazard rather than the team??!!!!! people should really ask themselves if they even support the club if they are actually defending hazard here.
  11. why are people acting as if we have "parked the bus" all thru the season and have simply never attacked!!!???
  12. makes sense but only if the CM we get is vidal/pogba and maybe even witsel. but i feel it is extremely improbable to get them. 40-50mil for a CM would not be in our budget. moreover dont think vidal/pogba would want to make a move here when they basically are walking the seriea. the CM i think we could get would be someone like rakitic or even kroos. while they would be immense against teams that will defend deep against us, rambo would be important when needed to do the dirty work. mikel does not provide us with that aspect though u r spot on in saying that mikel as a squad player would be a wonderful sub to bring on and shore up the mid.
  13. i thought shaw was done. moreover dont see how we can top a 30mil, 100kpw and first team offer.
  14. why would u sell rambo but keep mikel?
  15. i did take that into consideration. the stat said 16,7 mil. hazard's transfer fee =32mil for 5 years = 6.4 mil per year. so salary = 16.7-6.4 = 10.3mil which is close to 198kpw.
  16. jose's to blame? for what? for setting us up perfectly?
  17. nothiing... absolutely NOTHING that jose has said is wrong. it was the same EXACT THING that most of us were saying yesterday. the importance of being a team player cant be lost even if u r eden hazard. simple as that.
  18. that "truly" is depressing... how the fuck did that happen.
  19. this seems better than what the poster above u wrote.... "no tactical wins" so lets just play stupid football.
  20. the more i think about it, the more i feel that, lets just go out their and play carefree. schwarzer azpi GC kalas cole matic salah oscar schurrle ba etoo.
  21. ummm.... nope... not possible... this stat means that hazard is earning 198kpw. which even dailymail would say is high.
  22. ttttttttoooooooooooooooooo early to say this. end of transfer window or atleast start of the season will be the best time to say the expectations. but one thing is for sure. our MAIN priority should be the league. dont care about CL, we should be winning the PL.
  23. i am sorry to say this then, that hazard does not "deserve" to start at this big a stage for a team that basically oozes defence out of its every pour. we play in a system that has been set out by our coach and every player of this squad has a role in that "system" and no one, NO ONE is exempt from that. we sold our twice POTY cos he could not adjust to our philosophy. defence is the hardest thing to do in football. 90 minutes of PERFECT play and all right calls and decision making can be hopelessly spoiled by a moment's laziness. that is what happened yesterday. for the 1st goal, hazard saw the runner, but thought that the ball was going out and simply dint track him, it had NOTHING to do with 1. his injury, 2. his match fitness, 3, his defensive prowess. even if hazard had tracked him back and only tried to shield the ball from him, it would definitely have gone from a goalkick. as in the attacking half on the match, he was decent. as i told stingray, i may have gone over-board cos of "haranr's" persistence, but that simply does not and will never give exclude him for doing the dirty side of the work for us too. Was this truly a good game for him? No. But considering the context he did rather well and was far from one of our worse players. Nor was he the only one making defensive errors. And if there's one guy that doesn't need to be criticised to harshly for a defensive error, it's the team's attacking talisman. Who made it possible for us to be at these stages of competitions. Does that mean he shouldn't get any blame. No. But let's not get crazy either. Or are we letting ourselves get mad because he said we are better at counter attacking and compared us to a CL finalist and favourite? Cause that'd just be plain silly. how did he do well when he has made the most basic mistake which renders our whole system incompetent. "do not let an opposition player get behind the defence". twice. also, no one is going crazy here. but if u keep saying, hazard is awesome and should have no blame whatsoever, people are going to get over u. he can say what he wants, i ll prefer to judge him on what he does on the field.
