paulinho is an upgrade on rambo but no where near the ball playing player we want to accompany matic for next season. since he is a spurs cunt, his price anyways goes up, so i will say for the same amount of money, rakitic is a 10 times better option.

jose was not at all wrong to go with this squad. we had an objective which jose continously shouted over the roof tops. it was to achieve top 4, and then top 3. he, our board knew the squad's strengths. with players like willian and schurrle everyone said that they were luxury signings. that could not have been any further from the truth. wilian and schurrle were jose players, not kdb and mata. like u said, jose wanted to set up a philosophy. we have a system to play in NOW. getting a good striker would have helped us definitely but in the end we would have had to sacrifice the players that jose had wanted. as for CM, we got matic for a bargain simply cos benfica got knocked out of CL and needed money. if we had tried to get him at the start of the season, it would have cost us a fortune.

why would u buy paulinho when u can get a better ball player like rakitic for lesser or same amount. crap rumor.

paulinho is not rambo. he is a lot better on the ball. maybe nothing like rakitic but still better than rambo. so far, all of jose's signings have been very good. willian was pivotal to our system. schurrle and salah showed how much they can impact a game even off the ball against pool. matic has been class. i have no doubt that we will improve the squad and make it a perfect jose squad. look at it this way, from the start of this particular season, we may very well not have upto 10 players at the start of the next season (mata, kdb, essien, bertrand, mikel, etoo, ba?, torres?, rambo?, luiz?, lamps?, cole?). we had a lot of work to do on the squad. it definitely was a transition year. despite that, we our 2 points of the leaders with 2 games to go and we were in the CL semis.

Somehow if u say that a player is at fault for something, it means we are saying that he is shit and does not know how to play football on this particular forum.The number of times we let pool get behind our defemce was 1.the sterling run. Another brilliant post. Oscar has played 3043 minutes for us. Willian who has played less games than oscar has played 3240 minutes for us. Luiz who has barely played for us has 2612 minutea for chelsea and total of 3145 minutes including brazil So it makes so much sense to say that only oscar was tired and the small injuries. For the record, I dint expect him to have a mata season, but I did expect a good and consistent season from our no. 10.

so its wrong of me to compare the minutes of 2 outfield players. one in his physical prime at the age of 21,22 and another one being JT? looking at the ATM squad last night, i could have sworn atleast 9 or 10 of them were the same players that were playing at the start of the season, that have played with the same core throughout the season. but yes, oscar should get the benefit of the doubt for everything i suppose.
