No. What's delusional is to think that a manager can come into a team, not well known or respected compared to higher profile managers and expect them to make whole changes to the team. He is the only manager to have the balls to drop Torres and Lampard consistently. He varies between 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1 if we need more attack and is not afraid to make changes to show who's boss. He's slowly building his profile and respect up, with which he can implement his tactics easier, not to mention with January coming up there will be the real chance for him to see what's out there and what we need and get it. Lukaku was more of a board purchase. His three other purchases; Romeu, Merieles and Mata have been excellent for us, and Sturridge now given the confidence to be a starter is probably the best English striker at the moment. To slam AVB for being fourth at the moment given all this is ridiculous and only Chelsea fans who supported them since before Roman days would appreciate what he does and is doing and would give him the time he deserves.

Our midfield is strong and of good balance, we are starting Sturridge and Mata - no Anelka, Malouda, Kalou which was apparent all last year regardless of the result. And let's be honest Drogba looked okay last game and needs some more game time - it's unfair to give him none and Torres everything even when he doesn't perform. Away from home we need to be more secure, hence Drogba's link up play with Mata and Sturridge and Ramires running pass him can help us counter attack well.

Some of you guys make me embarrassed to be a Chelsea supporter. I would rather this score and performance than us winning/drawing by luck. We were quite incredible, bar a few defensive errors if our finishing was better the scoreline could easily had been reversed. We were underdogs going in and I would rather lose points at OT than anywhere else. Put things in perspective: it's so early on and AVB seems to have imposed his tactics on us well, we're playing well now and bar his miss Torres looked incredible. If he can drop Lampard for next game I have no doubt we can with the Premier League and more.

2nd and 3rd goal would never have happened had Mikel been playing - there was absolutely no midfield there. Lampard and Torres look fucking shite.
