Good point mate, although who gets dropped from the current team? Harsh as it may sound, I think Ivan may have to make way, the diamond formation relies a fair bit on the full backs to provide the width, and Bosingwa tends to be a bit more attack-minded.

The one thing I could see being a problem at the weekend. Suarez looks very agile and could be a handful for Terry/Ivan, but would it be asking too much of Luiz to give him his debut in this kind of match?

I doubt he'll be playing on Sunday. He needs time to adjust to the league and I don't think he should be thrown in at the deep end. Plus, if we do play the diamond, we need Bosingwa at RB to provide width, and Ivanovic certainly doesn't deserve to be dropped from the team. Also, does Luiz speak english? Good to see him standing with Ramires in the video there.

Some people expected that yes (not me for the record haha), but it's great to see that he's reacted to Torres signing in such a professional way.

Magnificent performance. The pace of the entire match was unbelievable and the first 15 mins of the 2nd half was amazing. Great to see everyone putting in a shift, haven't seen that sort of commitment for a while now.
