Yep we need to take a few risks if the players make mistakes, which players learning do they learn from them. It's part of development

I couldn't agree more. The club is looking too scared to blood the young players. I can think of a perfect example First game of the season against Portsmouth 45 mins gone and we were 3-0 up. Di Santo was on the bench. It would of been a perfect opportunity to play him for the second half or at least give him 20-30 mins. Its very difficult to show what you can do in a couple of measly minutes at the end of a game.

Lets hope Chelsea can do something about it!
