I get your admiration for Lewandowki but he posted you simple facts that speak for themselves. Say what you want about Europa League - it might not rake in as much money for clubs, but it certainly is no pushover..and having won 2 is something while also being MOTM in the finals. Regarding Bundesliga (which i regard the most beautiful league in the world).. it is dominated by Dortmund and Münich..rare sparks from Levekrusen, Schalke and a few other but portuguese league is a fair head to head race between Braga, Benfica, Porto, Sporting Lissbon.. all of which are a force to be reckoned with be it in CL or EL. The three goals Falcao scored against us in the Super cup were brilliant.. you can argue that we might have made it easy for him but the fact is - he capitalized on our mistakes , a pure striker's killer instinct.

Get over yourself.. your team is 3x the value of other teams and still you can't win the league.. stop finding excuses and look in the mirror.. btw.. you also had 2 star rating vs me and every match was a close one.. regardless of me fielding reserve players..

Definitely Super Villains deserve this the most.. the team to beat - grats, mate! Glad to stay up this term.. first season in PL and managed to rack up 27 points.. hopefully players' stat changes won't be too bad.. have saved up a small fortune but if current crop of players don't improve I might have to spend heavy and be back to square one. Best wishes, SinineUltra

Studying to be a doctor.. like above poster mentioned, my dream also would be able to attend at least one Chelsea game..

Hey mate, great post.. mind me for commenting on a few things: you're still young and your body is in his prime growing phase.. don't over do it - will be more harm than anything.. if you have never worked out before (as in strength training) start with exercises than involve your own body-weight.. you can add in a few dumbbell sets, but it isn't going to affect you as much as simple push-ups / pull ups / crunches. As you said - you'll train December on your own and the best thing is to get your body ready for it. Take a look at 100 push up / 100 pull up / 100 crunches series on google.. great way to start out. Remember - form is everything. You'll buy P90X? There are easier ways.. hint hint. It's great that you're mentioning running, because strength training will somewhat increase your blood-pressure and doing cardio will keep it in check and improve your stamina and cardiovascular health in general. P90X is a very hard training routine for a beginner so please don't over do it mate.. I managed to raise my blood pressure to a state where it was 150 / 80.. now its back to 130/80, which is ok but still high for my age.. mind yours. The point of this long post is to warn you that change won't come overnight and set mini goals for yourself. If you don't pay enough attention to your training regime, excercises, REST - you can potentially harm yourself. ( Pull your back for the rest of your life, seriously damage your heart with high blood pressure, which will haunt you in the future, when you will be forced to pop beta blockers like Skittles just to keep your heart running at normal state. If you happen to miss a training day , no biggie, but whatever you do - don't try to compensate it by doing 2x training in the same day.. doesn't work like that. CONSISTENCY is the key. Perhaps the most important thing.. do this for the right reasons and for god sake.. have some respect for women like above posters have mentioned! Regarding your aim for 4% body fat - not realistic. Models and bodybuilders reach that low body fat percentage for a very short period of time (e.g for the show or photoshoot), but never will they be able to maintain it. We are talking about your body's essential fat reserves - you'll be a walking mummy, looking unnatural and alien-like. Mind you.. your parents will most probably need to answer a few questions to certain authorities about starvation. Take the last part as humor, mate. Regarding supplements... if you get enough from your daily food intake - don't take any, but if you can't get enough from your diet- take supplements. Take as much as you need as less as necessary.. as BluesChick mentioned.. they are harmful to your kidneys if your body doesn't actually need them - making your kidneys work harder to ultra-filtrate it along with water etc.. so end result will be expensive piss and excessive strain on your vital organs. Rome was not built in a day and neither was your body.. invest some time into reading about training and you'll win more out of this whole thing. Best of luck, SinineUltra

Im not picking sides, but in my humble opinion The only place to be seems a great lad with spot on posts.. you guys could agree to disagree

Great topic Age: 21 Height: 5'11" / 180cm Starting Weight: 165lbs / 75kgs Current Weight: 177 lbs / 80kg BMI: 24.7 Objective: Gain muscle, be stronger and look good with/without clothes Maintain bodyfat of 12-14% Programmes P90X & weight-lifting Supplements: Creatine and protein powder Started out with P90X, which at first was very challenging, but now I'm only doing Shoulders & arms and the rest in the gym... especially chest because body-weight excercises don't give as good gains as good old barbell compound movements. I'd recommend creatine to everyone, who do weight training... it 'pumps' water into your muscle fibers, gives you strenght and the power to lift heavier / lift for more reps, but make sure you dont over-do it - may put too much stress on kidneys. Plus some people already have high levels of creatine in their body. I've been struggling with high-ish blood pressure (140-150 / 80) in the past and thus I'm trying to finish every workout with 10-20 min cardio.. also planning on doing one pure cardio day.. e.g jogging. Been working out for 3-4 years now, but spent the last year in the army (compulsory military service) and lost a lot of my bodyweight/muscle mass - gained stamina and mental strenght... and now I'm back on the road of recovery so to say. There are lots of youtube channels that give good advice on what to do and how to do it, but atm my favourite is TwinMuscleWorkout.. check it out.

Ok mate.. no need to convince me tho Liked your picks for MOTM.. was impressed by Romeu also.. a bit reckless but strong and willing to give his all..
-
Chose Torres MOTM.. and isn't his 2 goals, but the look in his eyes was different.. seemed focused and ready to work for the team..
-
What do you guys think about Yilmaz of Galatasaray? Banging in goals in CL at every angle
-
Exactly.. we need a poacher.. a striker, who is there to tap it in... not a forward, who helps to link play up, but isn't there to put the final touch as in scoring

SeB - always constructive and informative

Blood is thicker than water - my vote goes to Manpe

His post did talk about the game, but also he commented on an incident on this board from his POV, which was related to this game and tried to bring reasons why a well respected moderator might think like he might have. Now i dont know about you, but being an old member and having a lot of posts give you NO authority to abuse negative reputation button without even giving a proper explanation. Getting 1 point is disappointing seeing how many chances we created but top of the table and that's what matters KTBFFH PS, both goalies did a great game..
-
seems like we could form a team already
-
I'd say he was my MOTM.. goal.com player ratings are a bit off.. i could agree with alxes being flop of the match bcs he conceded a penalty and a red card but was super solid before that, but what i CANT agree with is Bertran MoTM according to goal.com? no way..
-
DMF/RB .. enjoy physical play, but play so rarely.. just havent got the oppurtunity.. focusing more on strength training etc
-
voted for Mata
-
AMF, can play striker.. but matter of the fact is - he is an assist machine
-
Wouldn't Thomas Müller be ideal to replace him?
-
Yard by yard life is hard but inch by inch it's a cinch

You know.. when you want something really bad then youll never get it.. thats just how it works in life.. Lukaku is a passionate fan and he wants to help his team with all his heart..he wasnt superb but he has 'some' years left in his playing career to discover his lethal form, right ?
