He's been at Watford for 3 months now. There's no need to rush and risk an 18 year old's development based on 3 months. If the worst thing that can happen to him by leaving him at Watford is that he will dominate Championship for next 6 months, I am cool with that. Hell, I'd be ecstatic. If we rush him and he sits on the bench, that would be the worst possible scenario.

Loan to a PL club is an option, but I would prefer him to stay at Watford. It's a comfortable situation for him and they have something to fight for. Still very young as well

Benayoun was hardly "brilliant" for Arsenal. His main attributes were work rate and professionalism. He did score a few important goals for them though and that proved enough to win the always-angry Arsenal fans' hearts. That said, I think he could be a decent rotation player for us. Whether I would want him to play instead of Marin and/or Piazon's a different question though. I think we have enough depth at the creative midfielder position(s).

1. Kagawa wasn't the Bundesliga player of the year. Reus was. 2. Gotze was injured for an extended period last season. He also wasn't a direct competition to Kagawa 3. Sahin - a former Bundesliga player of the year - can't even start for shitty Liverpool team. 4. If there's any truth to Lewandowski to United rumour, I can't see Kagawa getting enough game time. We could have the Musonda's, Da Silva's and Hazards. Think guys like Chalobah and McEachran also have their brothers in our youth setup

especially impressive considering his style of play. 19 y/o striker who knows how to use his (massive) body is quite rare.

I am personally disappointed to see Sturridge go, but if there's one thing I trust our Board with, it's the selling of the players. Players we let go usually don't amount too much. Off the top of my head, I can only think of Robben being an exception and that was more complicated than the current Sturridge situation

I wouldn't mind him. He's versatile enough to be a good rotation option, and not great enough to really threaten Torres and Lukaku (when he comes back). I don't think we desperately need a world class striker in January. Cheap. Quick. Decent finishing abilities. English. Even more upset Arsenal fans. Sign me up

He scored a very good goal that set the tone for the entire game. That's all that matters to me really. Good game for him, but we could use a better striker.
