Also, since when is erasing people's identities cool? For example, if someone is a proud gay man, you're not gonna recognize he's gay because it shouldn't bother you? Well, no, he's gay and that's part of his identity. Same for religion and race. A black man proud of his heritage will want you to recognize him being black.
