Drogba is so tempremental, he has to be the main man or he sulks...now we have Torres that will not work. He has been great for us, but to move forward I think we need to think about getting rid of him and the Drogba click (Malouda, Anelka)

Does anyone think that Ancellotti will integrate Bertrand and Josh into the team for last two games of the season, given the pressure has now gone??

Boas is to young and Raw....i think he could be intimidated by our big personalities in the dressing room. For me Carlo should only go if Hiddink or Jose are available....If not then get Zola in to assist Ancellotti..... Mourinho is 5/2 with bookies and Hiddink 3/1 to get the job......

Disagree. If you sum up Ballacks Chelsea career, it was hugely disappointing based on what he had done prior to arriving. That first season for us he was awful, he did improve the longer he was with us but on the whole he was poor.

I agree that personnel is not an issue and just needs tweaking. However the big decision to be made in the summer is the Drogba/Torres situation.

The thing with Luiz was a concern aswell yesterday......that could be the final nail in his coffin. Don't get me wrong I am 50-50 with ancellotti. I think Roman will be carful this time though and only sack him if Hiddink or Jose is available.

:goodpost: In front of goal he has been awful. Lets hope it is a confidence thing and with regular 90 mins on the pitch he will start rehitting the target. I do like his attitude though he is a team player, not like many centre forwards....

Agreed, out team setup requires a bit of tweaking to get back on track not a major overhaul.

Drogba actually has a freekick technique ala Ronaldo. Lampard just keeps it low and whacks it, hoping the wall will jump over it. I think it is worth a thread because if Drogba leaves in the summer, one of the players we buy (a playmaker hopefully), will have to be able to put in a good dead ball delivery and free kick, as Drogba is the best we currently have......

They beat as 3 times not 4 wasn't it?...we beat them 2-1 at home in the league game.....fact is we have played 4-4-2 and 4-3-3 against them with and without Torres starting so the players obviously aint good enough or have the wrong attitude. What annoys me is that Man u are not a great team and i think Barca will beat them comfortably...

Does anyone agree that we should play our 4-3-3 for this and alternate Drogba and Torres on the right of the front 3. Drogba takes our corners and free kicks and his crossing and passing are very good if he concentrates, and Torres seems to have got his pace back and is good at cutting in. If they switch during the game, it will cause thier left back and centre halfs all sorts of problems.

The stick he gets from the media is all down to the transfer fee. As soon as it is broken they will lay off him. I can see City breaking it this summer with a move for Bale if Spurs don't get top 4...

On ladbrokes they are quoting Ancellotti at 1/4 to leave chelsea at the end of the season, 11/4 to stay.....Drogba is 5/6 to leave with Anelka 5/4......It is looking inevitable for Carlo.....
