  1. Ok perhaps I'm being too harsh, just looks a bit flat for me, design wise nothing to say though, just a bit flat
  2. Looks rubbish, as does this years kit. I liked the Champions League winning kit, very nice broad stripes on shoulders...
  3. Great teamplay and finish for the 3rd goal
  4. I'm not saying you HAVE to, I'm saying it's good to avoid pointless arguments, especially at this level
  5. If it was Rubin defender instead of JT, we'd be praising the good call, matter of perspective. If that wasn't hand ball, what is? I respect your view on this but honestly I've made my mind up, life goes on
  6. Behind his back, it's not like the shot came out of the blue.
  7. Defo a penalty, no question, can't keep your hands like that on this level of play, silly mistake by JT...
  8. If you consider a fantasy football league a sport, you're the one over-exaggerating. If anything, look up 'sportsmanship'. Expert Eleven just a nice way to add spice to this forum experience, takes almost no time but is exciting, especially when it's getting close at the top. It's just a game, all it is. Take it easy and internet or not, stay respectful. I don't see Alex crying here very other day when results haven't been going his way - even when he gets the tactics right and has a neat squad, this game is as much luck as it is "tactics", also Choulo is a good example. Learn from them...
  9. I'm reporting you for posting pornography AWESOME goal, my favourite next to Drogbas back heel vs Arsenal and Joe Cole backheel vs United at Old Trafford
  10. So many e-managers here. Keep calm, nothing's going to change before the summer and we all know it. Our squad is weak on paper and on the field, we lack leadership and initiative from players, our manager was a mis-fit from day one. A season to forget. Only thing I can't understand is why did we prioritize FA Cup over Premier League? I'd much rather get into top 4 than MAYBE win the FA Cup and bust in the league. On second thought we might use a gap year to re-build and get our act together, sort our managerial situation and get some stability since Mourinho days.
  11. I've got to study 6 years(basic knowledge)+5(specializing on a particular field)years... studying to become a doctor. But those last 5 years is basically like working, residency
  12. Ordered new supplements. Only use creatine and whey protein. I'll link addresses just in case someone is interested (it's in Estonian anyway but aminoacids and all that can still be understood) http://fitshop.fitness.ee/kreatiinid/0/readmore/41/Creatine http://www.sportshop.ee/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=111&category_id=6&vmcchk=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=2 First time I order protein there. Usually the place where I used to order offered tastes too but they all in reality tasted like flour, don't mind that either. Took banana this time Bet it's just flour flavour again haha
  13. Fix your eating habits. Be sure to have atleast 3 proper meals a day (with nutritional value, not just empty calories). With workout start slow if you haven't done it before. No point wasting money on gym just yet. Try pull ups, push ups, invest in dumbells and get basic knowledge of your goals, abilities and gym (routines, muscle groups, machines vs. free weights etc). The part where you say "I'm too lazy to lift" is where your problem lies, we all started one day but we didn't quit. Nothing is going to change unless YOU make the change. Skipping workouts, meals or training on auto pilot won't get you any results, just waste of money. So start with your attitude and eating habits, start with body weight+dumbell exercises to get your body into a gym condition. Swimming is great aswell. When I wake up I always do 60 straight pushups with good form and up to 20 pull ups.. that's my morning coffee - start with stuff like that and with reps you feel comfortable with. But in your case it's the food, all it is. I'm 6'3 and when I started I was 72 kgs, now I'm 97kgs and my abs, V-line are still well defined. So eat smart and work out smart. One thing I'll say is that if you're not bothered then don't waste money nor your time. It comes down to how much you want it rather than all the excuses of genetics, time, money, "injuries" and all that. Yes or No, simple as that. COMMIT to the cause.
  14. Estonia lost 0-3 to Holland at Amsterdam Arena... 1st half was good but we fell apart in the second... class showed - especially Robben, Van der Vaart and Van Persie...
  15. I couldn't give better advise, well done there dumps. One thing to also consider is that there's difference between calories and calories. In a sense that you've got to eat nutritious food that actually fuel your body not just add up numbers in a calculator. Keep in mind we're all different, everything's individual so calculators aren't taking that into account..
  16. hahaha, I personally haven't taken it. Only things I take are portein powder and creatine monohydrate. Work very well. Hope you're back to normal soon though!! Donated blood today (in total I've only done it 4 times, started last year), doing it again in 2 months and so on and so on
  17. Hazard was immense but I noticed our full backs very rarely bomb forward now, worked defensively. Only worry we really had was Carroll's physical presence, well done to players and Rafa
  18. 3 degrees right now in Estonia would feel like summer because we've had this -5...-10 (daytime) and -15...-25 (nightime) since start-mid December pretty much... so thats 4 months of winter already plus counting
  19. Wish I could say that, stable -5 (daytime) to -20 (nighttime) here... though the sun already feels warm, love it! One of the reasons I envy places like Spain, Brazil and so on, year out relatively nice weather Back from the gym, kickass workout... on last exercise barely managed supersets, feels great! One thing that I hate in gyms are so called dick-gazers, just staring and staring - you work at the gym not watch others, or?
  20. Rather have Kazan than Lazio, Benfica or Spurs. Other good draws could have been Fenerbahce (although their stadium will be hard place to go) or Basel, who have tendency to slay giants
  21. It's a body's way of saying thank you, enjoy every bit of it!! Though I must say, I usually only get soreness for chest workout, other worksouts tire me out, I couldn't do more but I don't get the soreness, just feeling exhausted.
  22. Disgraceful would be to say "fuck it, I got bad genes, no time, sun is too high, wind too strong etc to change whatever you think needs changing". There are alot of people around the world who'd take your "disgraceful" stats in a heartbeat but we're all caught in an illusion that only one body image is the perfect one.. not the case at all. If you're not happy, great! - gives you more reason to work on yourself till you are
  23. Hey Tomo, great to read from you again, be safe
  24. You're almost the same heights as I am, I'm 1.92. And for us, taller lads, it's harder to look muscular than it would be for someone shorter. I started at 72kgs (around 2009-2010 when I started focusing on strength rather than purely endurance), just came off the scale and I was at 96kg. If you're gaining weight, performance is improving then it's not the nutrition nor training, it all adds up by the looks of it. Unless you focus too much on one muscle type and neglect others. Having a powerful physique comes down to having a muscular balance that creates that image. And we're all genetically different, it's all of those three combined. But judging from your description you're making nice progress, keep at it. Don't expect things to happen overnight and don't compare yourself to those bodybuilders, most of them are on steroids or been hitting the gym for 20+ years. You might think that you're still the same but I can ensure you, people around you see the difference. One tip I can give you is that take a picture of yourself every 2 months or so, easiest way to see and track your progress, pictures don't lie. Main thing is to set yourself goals, stick to them and commit to the cause. Be honest to yourself - are you working hard enough or vise versa are you overtraining? Are you hitting all the muscle groups, keep in mind we all have muscle groups which genetically are somewhat stronger, easier to develop than others. Main thing, stay positive, keep motivated, healthy (as in foods you eat, enough rest, enough sleep, enough cardio - cardio in itself won't harm your gains unless you fall into caloric deficit because of doing cardio) and GIVE YOURSELF CREDIT.
  25. I'm talking from a personal experience, ever since I switched to bench press, I've gotten loads of gains in both visual and strength. I know there's lots of ways to spice the exercise up with doing it on fists, getting special handlebars and so on so forth but there's a reason bodybuilders use flat bench barbell/dumbell press combined with incline bench, dips, peck machine - it hits both m. pectoral major and minor, more fibres get "torn" resulting in.. well.. results!
