Credit to Stoke. They played much better than us during the whole game and their quick counter attacks and the great chances they had to score made the atmosphere and the game itself special, and quite entertaining to watch. They must be proud for the way they played against the champions of England. Well done to them and their manager.
I've got two things to say: We didn't deserve to win. We must be happy that we got one point. Shame that I cannot give you 10 rep points for the Malouda bit.
All of the Arsenal's games are quite difficult on paper, except Blackburn today and Stoke away. As for Man U, the games in which they're expected to lose points are: against us, Fulham maybe, Everton, Blackburn and Newcastle away.
If we win today and United lose, the points difference will shorten to 6 points. If we win our game in hand versus Birmingham, that's 3 points. Plus we'll be playing them at OT and they'll have to face Arsenal away at Emirates. KEEP THE FAITH.
If Torres plays, I really hope that his team-mates pass the ball to him when he's in a good position. Hoping for the three points and for Fernando to score. CMON CHELSEA!
Haha I knew it as soon as I saw the title, before even clicking on the thread. But sometimes real tragedies happen on April fool's day as well, a friend of mine for example, about 7 years ago. His house was on fire and the Fire department didn't trust his repeated phone calls so he died.
Fuck off Scolari. He wanted the whole Chelsea eleven to be Portuguese speakers, it obviously didn't work. None of our previous managers ever attempted to be as patriotic as fat Scolari did. You have to do the best for the club not what suits you best.
Mikel is a great player, but he can't be a starter in our current midfield. Ramires can't be benched obviously, he is in great form. Essien's returning to his old form and you can't play Mikel instead of him. It is impossible to find a place for him in the team's starting eleven.
I've just watched a video of this guy's skills on YouTube and he has impressed me. If we get him the level of my hapiness will be the same as when we got Torres. He should definitely join us, and I hope he does.
Agreed, there is only one Super Frank. Whenever he leaves the club or quits his career, I will cry. Simply because I would not be able to accept the fact that I won't see Frankie playing again. Players like him make football a wonderful sport.
