  1. Good to see Blue Bulls in the Premier League, i had a few good battles with them when i was in the lower league's myself. Judging by the way they romped the Championship last season and by how Nour FC kept up with us and X-Rated for most of the season last time out, i can see Ingolstadt being dark horses this term.
  2. Far to early to start the season in my honest opinion, having my first league match a day after a pre season game is going to leave my players feeling a little bit shattered.
  3. Funny thing was when Dzeko was at Wolfsburg i always thought Grafite was the better forward, where is he now?
  4. @JoHo17, If you are still interested in joining, sign up then we have 32 teams so Alex can set up a date for a new season.
  5. Now its 1969. If the league keep evolving and expanding it will be ranked in the top 1000 in no time and eventually the top 100. A extra division every season is the perfect way to do it in my opinion.
  6. If he leaves to Tottenham we inflate the price, they deserve a taste of their own medicine.
  7. Finally the most boring saga off the summer over, Modric has finally completed his move to Real Madrid Hallelujah http://www.skysports.com/news11456/98567950/Modric-completes-Real-Madrid-move
  8. Do those planks who burn the shirt realize they are burning the badge of their beloved club at the same time?
  9. That would be great. I use to participate in a private league called "grab my world cup", after a mere 4 years it had 12 or 16 division's (can't remember which) and was ranked 51 out of all the private league's. There's no reason the same cannot happen with this league. 2 weeks at the end of the season is more than enough time tofind 8 new manager's.
  10. I have seen a few comments on this thread trying to down play Guardiola's achievement's saying he got lucky with the players he had, now while that to an extent maybe true why are most of them as good as they are in the first place? yes because of Pep himself. Cast your mind back to 2008, Barca were in a mess. Ronaldinho, Eto'o and Deco, who were basically the 3 key players in the success of 2004-2006 lost form. Iniesta and Xavi were obviously talented players but who saw them as world class back then? i most certainly didn't. Messi was also an upcoming young talent but Pep was the guy that made him, he was a brilliant little player pre Pep, now he is the greatest of the last 20 years, if not ever. Lets not forget the way he promoted Busquets and Pedro who fell into the team like a glove. To say Pep is a lucky passenger that fell on the Barca steam train at the right time is ridiculous, he is just as responsible for the success they have had in the last few years as Messi was, if not more and Tito is under huge pressure following in his footstep's.
  11. How the fuck Arsenal got £24m for a injury prone 29 year old on the last year of his contract is unbelievable. If this all goes wrong this will rank amoung Madrid spending £55m on Kaka (Kaka was on a long contract with Milan).
  12. It was never a contest, i saw a lot of Bertrand in his Reading days and it was clear even then he was better than PVA. We just got a bit excited because of PVA's flair and goals, in terms of defending, it was never a contest. Having said that we will need back up/competition to Ryan when Cole leaves, which is where PVA might come back in.
  13. Even without that if we start looking at manager's say a week before the season's end, that will in affect give us two weeks to find 8 new manager's, longer if Alex decides to wait to create the new season.
  14. Is there a Confederation's Cup next summer? Im not too sure if his participation in the Olympics will be a problem this season as he was basically in his home town so he could stay in his own bed and all that, but if he gets called up to the CC then there's the small matter of the World Cup the year after then it could all become an issue.
  15. Now Term cleverly worked out the way to recruit more manager's to the league, would it not make sense to try and get atleast 8 new manager's every season, therefore a new Division every new term? Term found an easier way of recruiting new manager by changing the name of this title, why not take advantage and go all out to try and make the Talk Chelsea League one of the best private league's in the game?
  16. Ferreira is still usefull in terms of experience even more so when you can consider who has left, if we throw away experience we will turn into Arsenal.
  17. There are lots of other things to consider, the club's valuation aswell as the wages their on here, no one will match them.
  18. It not as simple as that, we don't know how Sam's knee will react to playing a full season. Paulo may be not what he use to be but he is a pretty safe option for now. If Hutch knee withstands a full season at Nottingham Forest then he could probably come back next season and replace Paulo (who's contract is up next May).
  19. Another way we can look at it, what happened to the last defender we sent there?
  20. Change report comes at exactly the same time the transfer window opens. So it will open at 4 in the morning tonight English time, 5:00 xperteleven time and that is when were get the change reports.
  21. Ashley Cole ‏@TheRealAC3 Well done england team good win, and well done @ryanbertrand3 gotta watch my back now his on my toes #IDONTWANNASITONTHEBENCH lol
  22. Hernandez is a work horse who isn't that good but get's the lucky tap in's, if we wanted that we might aswell have just kept Kalou.
