  1. Couldn't this have waited till the finals.
  2. From the ashes we rose like the Phoenix! That's what is our achievement has been in the last 2 months and right now i feel as the proudest man alive! Thanks Chelsea for these moments.
  3. I m sure we all are hoping that and to be honest, that is something which would be the reward for everything he has done so far. But then it is Roman and unfortunately he or the ppl around him doesnt think the logical way. So we all can hope for the best now. Last nite during the post match analysis i heard one of the analyst stating that Chelsea should come out and declare RDM as their permanent manager before we play the final. I agree to that and i m just hoping for the same. But i guess we dont live in an ideal world ...
  4. Damn! Woke up and it still feels like that i m in my dreams. What a feeling! The image of Lampard's through ball with Ramiers's awesome chip and Torres's goal seems as if it has been embedded into my brains. The smile on my face just doesnt leave me. Hats off to the entire team for having the belief and staying firm on their feet despite being 2 down. And RDM, TAKE A BOW! I dont know what is gonna be your fate in the coming few months but U would be always be remembered as a true Chelsea Legend.
  5. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha I just cant stop laughing at Barca. What a day! The defeat is now avenged!
  6. I dont think there was anyone other than RVP who has managed to pull out his team single handedly from being the shame of the season to being atleast respectful.
  7. Why do u we need another striker, We have Torres, Lukaku, play Sturridge more as a striker/CF and as backup promote one of our reserves/youth in. Bringing another clinical star striker means less exposure to the likes of Sturridge and Lukaku in the striker's position. Llorente is really good and is in the form of his life however if we are to really put in money for a forward position (i mean if we are hell bent of putting money) i would prefer someone like a Lavezzi (who can play in the hole, attack, backtrack, tireless runner) over Llorente any day.
  8. I totally forgot about the finals, Damn work! Great work, lads!
  9. Cahill for his price tag was a steal for a backup CB any day, Arsenal are actually stupid to let that opportunity go away. However Cahill has really stood up with every passing game and is now good enough to play in the first 11. We really got a good deal on this one.
  10. Honestly, Mata has to play. I know we would be parking bus at Nou Camp however we need to also remember that Chelsea needs that all important away goal to have a fighting chance. Like someone pointed play Mata in the center, i second that. And more over, Mata has that frighten acceleration which would always come in handy on the counter. Plus you need your best players on the pitch to fight the best in the world.
  11. I sincerely wish and hope to see that at the Allianz arena.
  12. We gave them pain in every possible way .... And Terry just didnt wanted to let go of that opportunity. My mates and me were laughing on this one even after the match was over. Good one Terry
  13. Time to get dirty ... we cant match them in pace but lets rock them in pure strength. I dont mind losing but in turn they should endure the pain on the field for that win. They should f****** remember what hit them, this should not be a game of football. Really liked the article: http://www.football365.com/john-nicholson/7678779/-By-Any-Means-Necessary-For-Chelsea...
  14. I m not sure if u guys actually watched the match but i really don't believe what i saw in the second half, most of our players were actually outrunning the United players. I mean were they were on something or the United lads were slow or are we genuinely so fast. If its the 3rd options i really want to see where do some of them go from here, seriously hope Chelsea dont screw up with these lads. Few of them are actually gems. Good one, lads. Keep it up.
  15. Wishing u many happy returns of the day!
  16. My MOM would be RDM for this one for finally playing Bertrand .... FINALLY! I dont care what we did today because what i care now is 3 points. Beg, borrow, steal is the mantra. We have been playing shit most of the season, no point analysis the performance now 3 points is all i care and yes playing youth for more game time would be just added bonus.
  17. Now i can have a good night sleep. For once i wouldnt be criticizing us, it is really good to see that we are taking games one by one. We won and moved into the semis thats what i m proud of at this point of time, Next game agaisnt Barca is way too far off, it is going to be Wigan next and that all i know. Felt good that we won and that All what matters, only English pride fighting it out for the ultimate honor. Come on, Chelsea!
  18. What is the point in having promising youth who are not going to get a shot to prove themselves. Thats where we stand right now. It is high time Chelsea starts looking into their reserves pool and start promoting youth players rather than sending them out to shitty leagues to fade away. With United, Arsenal and even Liverpool this season the youth are given a adequate chances to prove themselves which is just not the case at the Bridge. We are hell bent on buying rather than trying.
  19. I believe the thing with Torres is in his mind. He is an instinctive player who would score at will when his confidence is high and would faulter when it is down. A good people manager is something which can do load of good to a player like Torres. After AVB I believe that is what is happening, RDM looks like a people manager and he is punching in that motivation which is so much needed at the Bridge right now. The difference I believe is so promient in the Villa game where Torres was actually trying to hit the ball in the back of the net which he has not been doing quite often in the past. The last goal was Vintage Torres for me. I hope he now cashes on this momentum because it would not only take him a long way but would also help Chelsea in all the future matches.
  20. Forget what happened in the first leg as Bluemaster pointed out, play as if this is the final (which we need to do with every game) and more importantly keep the tempo up. The moment we go on the defense we tend to make lot of mistakes. So we should just keep the way we have being playing (baring the City game) and i m sure the result could be in our favor. As RDM has already pointed out, we shouldnt get complacent and that for me is the key.
  21. Seems like complacency has already started creeping in .... Let's hold on to our horses and not think beyond the Benfica game, Important half of the battle is still left. Hope that we can carry the good form into the second leg as well.
  22. Missed the match ... any downloads? MOTD, highlights?
  23. Well they have already done so to quiet an extend so far ... As far as RA making money, lets not go there we all know he is a screwd bussinessman.I m sure he has his Men in Black to take care of the Frenchman and their flunkies in regard with the FFP (which again everyone are looking for loophopes) . However that doesnt mean that we would go ahead start breaking rules and policies, we surely cant forget the one season ban in the transfer market imposed on us by the same stupid frenchman and his flunkies.
  24. I love the optimisim here and i hope it cascade over as well ... But mate right now, there is no project and last 2 years we arent playing good football as well (baring a few games). If we show them these things i m sure they are going to run off from this Project.
  25. Excellent point. I completely agree and would want us to look inside our youth and reserves rather than spending unusually high amount of money to get talent from outside. Yes looks like that is the only incentive left to give now. Are we forgetting City who have bulks & bulks of money as well, they are the ones buying many talents unlike us and now with Champions league spot confirmed they stand a better chance. Also dont forget FFP coming in to the picture u wouldnt be able to spend in the same time like we did in the past. So going forward we would have to be really smart with our revenues.
